A greatest-hits package from an artist who thrived on concept albums is a frightening proposition. Even the liner notes refer to him as the "all-time #1 country album artist." To top it off, much of Nelson's best work--Yesterday's Wine, Shotgun Willie, and Phases And Stages, for example--was commercially unsuccessful (not to mention on a different label). While Red-Headed Stranger and Stardust did make commercial inroads, they're best digested as single entities. With all that said, these Columbia chart toppers, which span from 1975 to 1989, still make for enchanting listening. By illustrating Nelson in his various moods---pop standards, honky tonk, cowboy, folk, gospel---it provides a worthwhile introduction, and will help newcomers decide where to move next. --Marc Greilsamer

Too much of Cash's best work is left out to make this collection anything more than a cursory introduction to country's Man in Black. The double-CD compilation, fittingly dubbed The Man in Black, at least allows for some deeper exploration (although it lacks any liner notes whatsoever), while the outstanding three-disc Essential box truly allows you to sink your teeth into this legendary figure. Still, the songs that comprise 16 Biggest Hits do provide a telling snapshot of Cash's substance and style--honest, straightforward, direct music devoid of ulterior motives and delivered with conviction. --Marc Greilsamer

Everyone in my family loves this CD. In fact, the kids keep asking for it whenever we're in the car. It sounds great and is a very good retrospective of all of his work.

5 out of 5 stars Great Compilation From The Man In Black.......2006-08-08

This is an interesting CD. Even though the title proclaims "16 Biggest Hits" there is always a huge amount of subjectivity in choosing from a catalog spanning fifty years. In general I am very happy with the CD, and it's a great introduction to Johnny for people new to his music. The collection is from the "classic Cash" era, and while there are songs I wish were on the CD ("Orange Blossom Special" comes to mind,) as a collection I think it succeeds.

There is no possible way to pick sixteen tracks to represent Johnny's amazing career, but for a single CD this one packs a wallop. I am delighted with the increased popularity of Cash since the amazing biopic "Walk the Line," and I encourage people who appreciate great music to check this and all the rest of Johnny's music out!

One hates to break the supernal sounds of master rock & roll balladeer Roy Orbison down by numbers, but here goes: 16 Biggest Hits offers exactly what it advertises. Meanwhile, Rhino's For the Lonely: A Roy Orbison Anthology (1959-65) tops it with 18 Orbison classics, Virgin's The Very Best of Roy Orbison clocks in with 19 cuts, and the old standby The All-Time Greatest Hits of Roy Orbison, Volumes 1 & 2 tops them all with 20 hits. All four retrospectives are laden with recordings that have become rock & roll touchstones--"Only the Lonely," "Running Scared," "In Dreams," "It's Over," "Oh, Pretty Woman." 16 Biggest Hits is bargain priced, but its ho-hum packaging leaves much to be desired. --Steven Stolder

4 out of 5 stars The Big "O".......2006-11-10

It seems strange to hear different versions of him singing these favorites. But, he sounds good, but the recording could be better. My CD player isn't HDCD equiped, so I don't know if their is any difference.
All in all, worthy to any Big "O" fan.

5 out of 5 stars This is a HDCD, "High Definition Compatible Digital" CD.......2006-04-29

Perhaps the sound of this disc is so exceptional because it has 20 bit sampling instead of 16. The bottom of the back label discloses that it is a HDCD or High Definition Compatible Digital item. And, of course, Orbison's voice is outstanding as are his performances.

5 out of 5 stars Clarity all the way- no lack of sound at all........2006-03-04

This set includes 16 of Roy Orbison's biggest hits on Monument Records, which he recorded between 1960 to 1964. I have about 25 Roy Orbison cds and this disc by far has the best sound, just crank up the volume on the ending of "Running Scared" or "The Crowd" and you will know what I mean. All songs are the orginal recordings, the best cd for the price.

Album Description

There have been many highly successful duet partnerships in the history of country music. But no other coupling as lasting or has made the same impact as Johnny Cash and June Carter Cash. Having met in the mid 1950's on various package tours, Johnny and June had a tumultuous courtships that yielded the greatest of all country marriages. Partners in life and in song, Johnny and June had some of the best duets like "Jackson" and "It Ain't Me Babe," collected here for the first time.

Customer Reviews:

5 out of 5 stars Super collection of Johnny Cash/June Carter duets.......2007-05-07

I heard and loved "Far Side Banks of Jordan" from The Last Gunfighters vinyl album performed by Johnny Cash and June Carter Cash. The Apostle soundtrack had the song performed by the Carter Family but it's not as good as the duet. I was thrilled to be able to get the original on this new duet CD along with many other greats. It's a wonderful collection of their duets!

5 out of 5 stars The Best of the Best of Johnny and June.......2007-02-28

This CD is awesome! I already had 2 Johnny Cash Cds, but this one which features only duets that he and June did together is actually my favorite. All the songs are awesome! No music collection is complete without it!

5 out of 5 stars Some GREAT Tunes, Some So-So, Bare Bones Packaging but Still a Good Duets Collection of Johnny and June.......2006-05-10

JOHNNY CASH & JUNE CARTER CASH: 16 BIGGEST HITS is a decent collection of songs, some are excellent, some are just okay. If the song list looks interesting to you, then you will probably enjoy this CD. This record company has a whole line of 16 BIGGEST HITS that they do for many of their artists, so this is the one for Johnny and June.

"Jackson" and "If I Were a Carpenter" are probably the biggest hits. "Long-Legged Guitar Picking Man" is similar to "Jackson" in how the lyrics have the two singers teasing each other for laughs. "Long-Legged..." is also the only time that the real Johnny and June are heard in the movie WALK THE LINE, as the final credits roll at the end of the film. "Far Side Banks of Jordan" is a nice, spiritual tune, not really Gospel, but it was quoted by Rosanne Cash at the funeral for June Carter Cash, and has very touching lyrical content about being reunited with loved ones after death. "The Pine Tree" and "Brand New Dance" are great songs which I never heard before getting this CD. "It Ain't Me, Babe" is also another famous song, but I kind of think the version from the film, sung by Joachin Phoenix and Reese Witherspoon, gives this song some stiff competition as to which sounds better.

There are a few songs that don't measure up to the rest, but the good ones can keep me listening for at least half of this CD, and then I might as well just let the whole thing play.

This CD is 45 minutes long, and the songs range in length from 2:15 to 3:35 minutes. The songs were recorded between 1964 and 1983.

It seems that the record company didn't do anything special for this CD release. The packaging is nowhere near as nice as many other Johnny Cash CDs, like his reissued, live, prison concerts, AT FOLSOM PRISON and AT SAN QUENTIN, or his earlier Columbia CDs like SONGS OF OUR SOIL and THE FABULOUS JOHNNY CASH.

The photo on the cover is the only photo, and the CD "booklet" only tells the song list with a few details of each song, like duration, writer, recording date, and when it was originally released. There are no liner notes to read like an essay about the CD, as appears in the other CDs I've already mentioned, which is a let down.

The WALK THE LINE SOUNDTRACK from the movie is pretty entertaining, if you enjoyed the music from the film, then you will pleased with that CD! But if you're like me, you will get the Soundtrack CD first, then get curious about what the original, REAL THING sounded like in the first place, which is why I have been buying Johnny Cash CDs lately.

If you are new to Johnny Cash, like I pretty much was before I saw the WALK THE LINE movie, then I would suggest that you start your Johnny Cash collection with THE LEGEND OF JOHNNY CASH, which has been incredibly remastered with super clear sound, especially for his 1950s hits, and comes with a nice CD booklet. But THE LEGEND does not focus much on the duets with June, so if its the June Carter duets that you are interested in, then this 16 BIGGEST HITS is definitely the way to go, as far as I know.

Johnny also did a lot of Gospel projects. GOSPEL GLORY is my favorite CD of Gospel tunes by Johnny, with guest appearances by June, the Carter Family, and many great, classic, traditional songs.

The DVD movie GOSPEL ROAD is great, and has Johnny narrating the story of Jesus, with Johnny appearing onscreen every ten minutes or so, and including a great cameo performance of Mary Magdalene by June Carter Cash herself--a true labor of love from the early 1970s.

My favorite project by Johnny Cash is his spoken word reading of the entire NEW TESTAMENT of the Holy Bible, which is affordably priced for a 16 CD set, check it out!

5 out of 5 stars A great disc to own.....and, a word of caution.......2006-04-20

This disc comes highly recommend. OR, another containing the same material......however, not both [unless you are a 'completist'].

Found elsewhere on this site is a lovely selection of duets by Johnny & June -- title is simply "Johhny Cash & June Carter Cash - DUETS".

"DUETS" appears to be a nicely done re-packaging of the "16 BIGGEST HITS" disc found here. In fact, when I ripped this disc to my 'puter it came up as....uhhuhhh, you guessed it! '16 Biggest Hits".

5 out of 5 stars PRETTY GOOD IDEA ........2006-03-27

Its funny, in all the years that I have been a fan of Johnny Cash I never considered a "greatest hits" of John and June duets. Interesting. Actually, to tell you the truth I never knew there were that many to fill an album. While Junes appearances lighten up a few CASH tunes, I never really considered that she was responsible for much of his sixties chart success.. (not to be mentioned the fact that SHE wrote the song RING OF FIRE..)
Well, here it is. I guess no one else considered this idea until now.. (the hit movie inspired this collection, duh_) and this is perfect for the peeps who liked the film. The WALK THE LINE soundtrack was good, I'll give you that, with fresh renditions of the JOHN/JUNE duets by JOUQUIN/REESE. But if you wanna hear what these songs REALLY sounded like, and feel what that magic was between the REAL Johnny Cash and June Carter, this collection is pretty darned intrestin'.
JACKSON, DARLIN COMPANION, LONG LEGGED GUITAR PICKIN MAN.... June Carter adds much playfulness to Johnny Cash's style. Cash's music is mainly stuff to cry to when you're drinkin', but Cash/Carter duets are stuff to clap your hands and smile to... when you're drinkin'.
Although I'm missing the Live stuff (and really I will probably mention the FOLSOM and SAN QUENTIN albums in EVERY review I write for anything CASH related... you get June Carter sass in those too, and they rock the most) but this is the meatiest collection of the two together, spanning the years 1964-1983. Theres something good about those two, they inspire good energy, you may like...

However, that has got to be the WORST picture of the two of them on the front of the CD. Whats up with that? Oh well 5 stars.

Here's a career that defies explanation. Ray Price, the father of the Texas shuffle, achieved dance-hall immortality in 1956 with "Crazy Arms," with its walking bass; heavily bowed, single-string fiddle; and slightly tetched lyrics. He may never have topped it, but hits like "City Lights," "The Other Woman," and "Heartaches by the Number" proved it was no fluke. Price's big, mellow voice made country music sound erotic. Then in 1967 he threw away his honky-tonk reign with "Danny Boy" of all things, cut with a 47-piece orchestra. That one may have left something to be desired, but his 1970 reading of Kris Kristofferson's "For the Good Times" was certainly as earthy and compelling as Countrypolitan got. It's hard not to want more Harlan Howard and Hank Cochran songs, and less Jim Weatherly, but Price is as contrary as country stars come, and this set represents him accurately. --John Morthland

4 out of 5 stars Good old country!.......2007-05-21

This CD was a joy to hear after so many years! All 16 of the great songs that made Ray Price famous. I loved hearing these songs again as only Ray Price could sing them: Crazy Arms; One More Time; Make the World Go Away; For the Good Times; I Won't Mention It Again; and You're the Best Thing That Ever Happened to Me. In addition, Ray's version of Danny Boy is the finest I'd ever heard.
I enjoyed this so much, and will listen to it again and again. Thanks for the memories!

5 out of 5 stars PERFECT COUNTRY CLASSICS.......2007-04-19

THIS WONDERFUL CD HAS SOME OF THE GREATEST SONGS EVER RECORDED BY RAY PRICE , THE SOUND IS PERFECT , I GIVE IT 2 THUMBS WAY UP.

4 out of 5 stars Ray Price 16 Great ones.......2006-11-06

A very good assembly of Ray's early hits and his popular cross-over hits.

A couple of the tracks come across slightly muted making for volume adjustments as you listen, but all in all a good addition to any music
lovers collection

3 out of 5 stars Ray Price.......2006-07-13

I had forgotten about Ray Price and the one song I loved that he sang, FOR THE GOOD TIMES. The CD starts out typically country then it turns a little more contemporary starting with FOR THE GOOD TIMES. It's a good CD to add to your country music collection.

5 out of 5 stars A very nice collection of Ray Price's best........2005-09-25

Once again, an album offers a stroll down AM radio lane. The overall fidelity of these recordings isn't bad considering their age.

The country music fans love this CD... there's an innocence of years gone by here. Many of these songs haven't been heard since they slipped off the charts long ago. We have resurrected them at the shows to a full dance floor.

If you enjoy Ray Price's music, this is a nice collection. We recommend it.

I hope it helps.

In the third decade of his career, already long famous, George Jones followed his new lover Tammy Wynette to Epic, where he offered his incomparable voice to her producer, Billy Sherrill. The singles Jones released with Sherrill--"The Grand Tour," "The Door," "He Stopped Loving Her Today," to name just three--elevated Jones from great country singer to living legend. This 16-track set skips far too many Jones-Sherrill highlights (and it oddly includes "Radio Lover," one "biggest hit" that was never a hit at all), but it's the only one-disc set to provide an overview of the team's entire 17-year partnership. From 1972's poignantly countrypolitan "A Picture of Me" to the grim humor of 1989's "The King Is Gone," no country music is as painfully beautiful as this. --David Cantwell

5 out of 5 stars Sum up George Jones in one word? Master.......2007-06-27

I'm not a fan of country music, but have listened to George Jones for 25 years. There are few singers who capture the twang of true country, but Mr. Jones does (Dwight Yoakum is another).

This particular CD is my all time favorite b/c it combines his best songs. The ones that move you to sing along (or grab a box of Kleenex).

HOW can you beat these old hits?

1. A Picture Of Me (Without You)
2. What My Woman Can't Do
3. The Grand Tour
4. These Days (I Barely Get By)
5. The Door
6. Bartender's Blues
7. He Stopped Loving Her Today
8. If Drinkin' Don't Kill Me (Her Memory Will)
9. Still Doin' Time
10. I Always Get Lucky With You
11. She's My Rock
12. Wine Colored Roses
13. The Right Left Hand
14. Radio Lover
15. The King Is Gone (So Are You)
16. Who's Gonna Fill Their Shoes

I recommend this particular CD highly. It's the best of the best.

5 out of 5 stars Greatest living country artist.......2006-11-07

I saw Geroge Jones live recently and I was blown away. This guy is 75 years old and still sings like he was in his twentys! He fractured his wrist and had a cold but he still performed, something most artist wouldnt do. If you want to see real country, check out any of his records and you wont be disappointed. Greatest living country artist alive. No one will ever be able to fill his shoes.

4 out of 5 stars A Fine Introduction.......2006-08-18

Though I've long known George Jones's name and reputation, I am fairly unfamiliar with his music. I enjoyed this CD as a good introduction to that man's resonant voice and honest song-stylings. The disc is also very good value for money. The only downside I can suggest is that most of the songs will probably be unfamiliar to listeners looking for "standards"--but that's my problem, not Mr. Jones's.

5 out of 5 stars Yabba Dabba Doo The King is Gone and So are You.......2004-10-23

I Don't really know George Jones's music all that well, but ever since I was in Reno, and heard yabba dabba doo the king is gone, I have had this song stuck in my head, I love it. The king is gone is truely a red neck song, YeeeHaaaw, this song is awesome

4 out of 5 stars Oh that voice!.......2003-06-13

George Jones embodies what country music is all about. There is something deeply effecting about his voice. His rich voice is also very comforting... in a strange sort of way. When you listen to George croon a song it's like slipping a warm, old blanket over your shoulders.
I guess his voice is comforting, in that you can tell George has felt pain just like we all have at one time or another.
This album is excellent. The 16 Biggest Hits series gives country music conisuers a good overview of some of the best artists of all time. George Jones is just that, One of the best!
The back of the album says that some people call George Jones, "The Rolls Royce" of country music. I would have to agree. In my opinion, "He Stopped Loving Her Today" is probably one of the best country songs ever. It's so sad and mournful it's almost melodramtic! The words of the song are haunting and memorable. Georges striking vocals wring the pain right out of the song. Once you hear it you never forget it.
There is much more great music on this album, too much to get into in this review.
Buy it... Listen to it... Live it along with George!

5 out of 5 stars Really good.......2006-08-16

Bought this CD before going to see Ricky as he played in our small town. This CD will give you a great range of his songs. All are really good if you like his Bluegrass/country style. The only thing missing with his live show (July-2006) was that he doesn't do his older country songs anymore. His shows are all bluegrass now. Not bad, but wish he would have played more than a couple from this album when he performed live.

5 out of 5 stars wonderful album.......2006-07-29

This is a classic album. Ricky Skaggs's great voice is perfectly featured in this collection with hits such as "Highway 40 Blues," "Crying My Heart out over you," "You May see me walking," and "You've got a lover." The collection of songs couldn't have been better. If you like Ricky Skaggs, you will love this album. I guarantee it. You will not be disappointed if you get it.

4 out of 5 stars *both* bluegrass and country.......2005-01-20

Whether you prefer Ricky's country music or bluegrass music, there's a combinaton of both on this album. I'm a BIG fan of his bluegrass music (BLUGRASS RULES!), so I wasn't personally overwhelmed with the electronic and steel guitar stuff on this album - but my least favorite Ricky Skaggs song is WAY better than 99% of everything else that's out there!

4 out of 5 stars Great Tunes But Only Half Of His Best.......2003-07-18

In the early '80s, Ricky Skaggs was one of the leaders of the New Traditionalist movement who steered country away from the pop crossover stylings typified by Kenny Rogers and Barbara Mandrell and back toward its roots. Skaggs' sound is actually an amalgamation of bluegrass, western swing, and traditional country, with vocals that drive home his old-fashioned, mountain upbringing.

Not possessing the matinee idol good looks of a George Strait, it is a tribute to his immense skills as a musician (fiddle, mandolin, acoustic guitar, and banjo) and singer (one of themost supple tenors around) that Skaggs was able to make such a big impact in modern country music. This set captures about half of his hits on the Epic label in the '80s.

Skaggs' early releases were dominated by remakes of songs made popular in the 50s and 60s by his bluegrass heroes with Flatt & Scruggs "Don't Get Above Your Raisin'" and "Crying My Heart Out Over You" getting the set off to a lesiurely start, followed by Reno & Smiley's "I Wouldn't Change You If I Could," the Stanley Brothers' "Don't Cheat In Our Hometown" and Bill Monroe's toe-tapping "Uncle Pen." Interspersed covers of Webb Pierce's "I Don't Care" and "Honey (Open That Door)" offer a change of pace dripping with classic country and western style. The disc winds down with Skaggs adding a bit more variety to his musical pallet on the power picker "Country Boy" and the live "Cajun Moon."

By the early 90s, traditional country was bombarded by the noisier sounds of contemporary artists like Garth Brooks, and country radio was concentrating on artists under 40. Skaggs was no longer an upper-chart placing presence and in 1992, he and Epic parted ways. To get all of the classic Epic hits, check out the two-disc Country Gentleman: The Best Of Ricky Skaggs.

4 out of 5 stars Good Collection of His Best.......2002-03-13

Skaggs' mile-deep bluegrass roots were brought to the forefront by a generous record label during much of his CBS tenure, and this collection brings the best of that era to light. Skaggs' masterpieces, "Uncle Pen," "Highway 40 Blues," and "Country Boy," were ahead of their time when their chart runs began (the bluegrass/new-traditionalist revival's popularity didn't hit it's stride until 1986) but he quickly built a sizeable audience, every top music industry award, and managed to corrall several #1 singles. He did it all by meticulously sticking to his roots, corageously including as many as 2 Bill Monroe tunes per CD. There were stellar moments near the end of his CBS tenure ("Humingbird, "Fields of Home") that have been omitted here, but that serves notice that his best simply can't be contained on one CD. Skaggs' astonishing guitar/mandolin flat-picking abilities paired with his brilliant tenor singiing style convincingly harken to his idol and former bandleader, 'Big Mon,' and his ability to escape the syrupy trappings of 1980's commercial country music is nearly as amazing as the cohesive mixture of bluegrass and well-sung ballads collected here.

4 out of 5 stars Greatest hits? .......2007-05-19

Sure, they're all recognizable, but I think that a much better anthology of her work might be found elsewhere. Still, if you're trying to beef up your Big Band/50's Jazz collection (as I was when I impulsively added this to my shopping cart), this isn't a bad CD. Only Botch-A-Me didn't make it onto my ipod, and now I can have fun looking for more Rosemary CD's to buy.

    5 out of 5 stars I love Rosie.......2007-05-14

I met Rosemary in the 80's while she was touring with the 4 girls 4. I have this album. The songs were made for Rosie, I can't see other singerss remaking these. She was the nicest person. Anyone who loves Rosie should have her concord years, her voice was a little huskier, buy the album.

    5 out of 5 stars Good singer.......2007-01-11

Great singer, and great CD not only for fans even for those who does not know this woman, big opportunity to know her good music.

5 out of 5 stars "Your Face Beams In My Dreams In Spite Of All I Do. . . Everything Seems To Bring Memories Of You".......2005-10-26

This gem of a CD from my collection is classified as "My Parents Music." I have been replicating my late parents' collection of long playing records (Glenn Miller, Benny Goodman, Frank Sinatra, Nat King Cole, Dean Martin, Doris Day, Rosemary Clooney, Kitty Kallen, to name a few) in CD formats and it's been an on-going project for me and a very enjoyable one.

When I was growing up, my sisters and I just loved to sing-along with "Mambo Italiano," "Come-On-A-My-House" and "Sisters." Oh how we loved these songs by Rosemary Clooney back then and we absolutely enjoyed listening and singing along with so much gusto! ;)

This marvelous collection features sixteen of her biggest hits of all-time. My favorites include "You'll Never Know," with Harry James and His Orchestra, two beautiful songs arranged and conducted by Percy Faith - "Tenderly" and "Half As Much," and "Hey There," a selection from the Broadway musical "The Pajama Game."

And my very highlight is a song that she recorded in 1955 with the Benny Goodman Trio and charted as #20 for eight straight weeks at the Billboard. The Trio's superb accompaniment complements Rosemary Clooney's lovely classic voice.

    "Memories Of You"
~ Words & Music by Eubie Blake & Andy Razaf ~

    Waking skies at sunrise
    Every sunset, too
    Seems to be bringing me
    Memories of you

    Here and there, everywhere
    Scenes that we once knew
    And they all just recall
    Memories of you

How I wish I could forget
    Those happy yesteryears
That have left a rosary of tears

Your face beams in my dreams
In spite of all I do
    Everything seems to bring
    Memories of you.

Add this wonderful CD to your collection and let Ms. Clooney take you back in time and enjoy her greatest and biggest hits of all-time.

5 out of 5 stars Early fifties pop.......2004-10-30

Rosemary's music of the early fifties reflected the times in which they were recorded, featuring some truly brilliant songs culled from a variety of sources interspersed with the occasional silly song..

The set includes five of Rosemary's seven UK hits, the omissions being Man and Where will the baby's dimple be, but neither of them matter in a collection like this. The five UK hits included here are This ole house, Mambo Italiano (both number hits), Half as much, Hey there (both top five hits) and Mangos (a minor hit). This ole house, the song most readily identified with Rosemary by UK fans, returned to the very top of the UK charts when revived by rock'n'roll revivalist Shakin' Stevens in 1981.

In America, Rosemary had many more hits but although this is an American compilation, some big hits are omitted to make way for less obvious but welcome recordings. The really big hits are all here including the number one hits Come on a my house, This ole house, Hey there and Half as much, together with the number two hit Botch-a-me, a novelty song that really doesn't stand the test of time well but the public must have loved it at the time to take it that high.

The biggest omission is a Christmas song that made the top ten, but I'm happy with that. I love Christmas music but I prefer it to be kept separate from other recordings, especially where the singer has recorded enough Christmas songs to fill at least half a CD. This particular recording is on Rosemary's CD, Songs from White Christmas and other yuletide favorites. The next biggest hit missing is Beautiful brown eyes, which almost made the top ten on Billboard, peaking at eleven. It might have made the top ten in another American chart. While this omission is more of a disappointment, it can be found on the more recent compilation Country Rose. That set includes twenty-one tracks from the early fifties, drawing on Rosemary's country-influenced recordings. This ole house and Half as much (both of which were originally country songs) are also to be found on that set, but they are the only duplicates. So you can rectify those two omissions by purchasing Songs from White Christmas and Country Rose.

Rosemary eventually became a highly respected jazz singer and clues to her later success can be found here via the inclusion of her covers of In the cool cool cool of the evening, Sophisticated lady and Blues in the night. But mainly, this is about Rosemary's early pop hits.

While this is not a definitive hits collection, the essential hits British and American hits are all here so it's a good starting point. If you wish to explore Rosemary's music from this period further, there are plenty of other CD's available, a couple of which I've mentioned.
