About the Artist
Whisky Train has been performing their mix of "hard-rockin’ classics, good-time party music" throughout Maryland since October 2002, all-the-while building a strong and loyal following of devoted fans.

Whisky Train is heavily influenced by a wide range of artists such as The Who, The Rolling Stones, and The Beatles to heavier groups like KISS, Black Sabbath, and AC/DC; glam-rockers such as Poison, Ratt, Bon Jovi, as well as straight-up blues rockers like Stevie Ray, Eric Clapton, and Johnny Winter. The debut CD, Automatic Sin, takes these diverse influences and combines all these styles into an original, yet familiar sound.

After many years of performing and seeing other regional and national bands perform, the band realizes that the music is only a fraction of the show. The rest is entertaining the crowd and involving them through audience participation, as well as doing whatever it takes to keep the crowd wanting more. The overall goal is to sound good and make everybody have a great time so they want to come out again and again. In other words, throw a GREAT rock and roll party!

Bottom line - Whisky Train is good time party rock that will always get the room up on their feet and dancing. If you are in the area, you MUST come out and see a show. If you are elsewhere, than buy the CD and crank it up…REALLY LOUD!
