If your a fan of jazzy blues, funk, and the sylings of Jackie Wilson, you will love this album. I have played my copy of the CD many times, and even at parties, it really will get the guests going! "Let's Fish," is a really fun song, with great guitar work, provided by Mike Fishell. The title song is also a great tune. The band who incorporates many eclectic styles into their work is made up of faboulous musicians, and great writers. Hopefully you will add this CD to your collection. I wish the 'Pigeons' many years of sucess.

Great Corona on your front porch on a Sunday music............2004-11-24

I've always dug Mike Randle's guitar work in Love and Baby Lemondade -- and this album is no doubt a testament to his skill as a solo artist. The tunes are laid back, stress free, and catchy. It's also cool that even though Randle is one of the most electrifying guitarists on the scene today, he knows the value of mellowing out from time to time. I would definitely recommend this album.

Renegade ARTHUR LEE & LOVE / sometime BABY LEMONADE member Mike Randle is back with his second collection of solo tunes, and it sounds like the man himself...talented, funny, warm and witty...and definitely from Los Angeles.

In fact, Mike references so many West LA watering holes (it is BARSTOOL BLUES after all) and locals only eating spots that you'll have no trouble imagining that you are cruising down PCH in the LA sunshine while listening to this one. Makes me a bit sentimental for my home sweet home as well....

Fans of Sean O'Hagan, Dennis Wilson and the like will love this...do yourself a favor and treat your ears to one of LA's truest sons, Mike Randle.
