Editorial Reviews
Product Description
Swedish remastered pressing with bonus tracks to include C'mon Everybody (single b-side), War Song (unrealeased studio track), Julia's Dream (live), Love Rock (live). Details TBA. Megarock. 2005.
Typical of the day back in the 70s, Little was accepted on the homegrown side by Scandinavian Public Interest... Yet the lucky ones who did find this band's records, instantly became serious die-hard fans. Nowadays, as the internet educates us more than ever before, I now finally see a lot of new fans experiencing and enjoying this fine Viking statement of the recent past when Rock & Roll was Exciting and Intriguing both musically and visually. As a Music fan of Heavy rock with suggestive arrangements and flawless performances, you can't go wrong here. While all the songs are excellent, the title track just simply RULES!
We've been waiting for these remasters now for almost a decade, but the end result made it worth our while. Bonus tracks, Digipaks and Great anecdotes in the liner notes makes it all a more complete picture.
On a side note, I wish we got more of the world's olden Albums tended to with the same respect and devotion given to the material and presentation formats, unlike some other sad labels like the US company Wounded Bird Records or One Way, that while they have brought us CD copies of old Albums the majority are completely and shamelessly poorly mastered from unknown sources, withut any new liner notes and covers looking like the entire production was amongst the early CD age of the late 80s when everything looked sooo cheap and didn't sound much better than a very clean cassette tape.. i.e. no dynamics and no guts in the output. Lame products by cheap people... All they do is take away our rights to see it done properly by people who'd actually care about the CDs they put out, as opposed to these lamers who arguably only do this to profit... Yuk!
Now, These Neon Rose releases give us a full and most perfect guide as to how CDs should have been all along the way from its inception days, instead of the masses of lame issues we've suffered with since from day one of the CD age.
We Need More CD releases like These Neon Rose titles. Fantastic work. Cheers!
This is why it is fun to still collect and own the actual CD.
