Product Description
Debut LP from the wonderful El Goodo. This album was genetically melodified in the small village of Resolven, at the throbbing heart of the Neath Valley. 13 total tracks. Placid Casual. 2005.
in fact, they are basically ripping the sounds right off these artists- which would be a bad thing if the songs weren't so unbelievably good.
my only gripe has to do with the poor sound engineering job that was done on track 9. whoever mic'd the drums (the tom in particular) really blew it. first of all it's horribly out of tune and secondly it's so overdone it drowns out the rest of the song. this is the only complaint i have however, and it might not even be the band's fault.
overall i'd say go buy this album, it's terrific.

Album Description
This Welsh band's debut is a gloriously effortless piece of pop music perfection. Taking cues from places as diverse as the Elephant 6 collective to the fuzzed up tones of Scotland's C86 post-punk bands, the mysterious and enigmatic members of El Goodo make a wonderful racket.Customer Reviews:
