Since 1980, Nightflying Magazine has been Arkansas’ only state wide publication about Arkansas music. For 24 years, publisher Peter Read has devoted Nightflying to promoting the musicians, club owners and all others tied to the Arkansas music scene.
Peter suffered a stroke in 2003, and is recovering well, but like many other self-employed Americans, he faces a mountain of medical bills.Evanescence, on their European tour during Peterpalooza, donated an autographed guitar for the silent auction to show their support.
This CD is a live recording of the Peterpalooza concert. From Grammy winners Trout Fishing in America to great unknowns, the artistic styles represented include rock, jam, blues, children's music, R&B, alternative, Ozark folk, bluegrass, and comedy.
All proceeds from the CD go to the medical bills.
