An excellent show.......2007-01-05

I was there that night and this was one of the greatest concerts of my life. It's possible that the sound was turned waaaay up that particular and caught whoever handled the recording by surprise. It sure "felt" extremely loud, especially in the lows. The sound quality is generally good (soundboard) but it is too hot and overdriven sometimes.

The band was tighter on this night, making up for some of the looser performances of songs on 10/10/03.

The Sheila Divine were among the best of the best and Aaron is some kind of miracle of nature, the way he's able to scream so forcefully and still keep his singing voice.

If only they had been able to get on the Conan O'Brien show... it would have been a match made in heaven.

This performance is amazing. The problem is, the quality of the recording itself is terrible. It's fine when you listen to it at low volume, but if you turn it up at all, it gets distorted. The recording was too hot and there's no fixing it even if you have an equalizer. It's sad, because The Sheila Divine are amazing and I wish I was there that night... I'm hoping the 10.10.03 CD is better. I think this CD is still worth having and I listen to it all the time, I just wish I had known what to expect before I bought it.
