Very good CD that combines 80s-era REM-style college rock, with an old-school country-twang. It's the feel-good album of the summer!

Must Have CD!.......2004-05-14

I love every track on this CD. Each song has it's own unique groove and sound. It never gets repetative, infusing elements of pop, alternative and even country in a fresh way. There are two vocalists who mesh perfectly in harmony but also have their own distinctive style. The lyrics are both witty and deep, relatable in love and life in general.
My favorite song yesterday was "Buried in the Sand", but today is "Every Minute", it keeps changing. I love the fast-paced intensity of "Loathe Me", and then switching gears to the country-tinged "Kisses Like Rain".
This is an excellent CD, check it out and tell your friends!

Chock Full of Great, Catchy Tunes!.......2004-05-14

The first time I listened to the CD, a few of the songs immediately caught my hear. Lots of nice harmonies and strong beats. As I listened more, different songs jumped out at me. I can't decide on any favorites...they're all good tunes.

The songs range from pop rock to alt-rock to alt-county. These guys obviously have a bunch of cool influences (Beatles, Stones, REM, ?) but they're doing their own thing. Bona Fide and Loathe Me are stuck in my head....check it out!
