Worthwhile but a bit too expensive.......2006-06-11

In this 'box' (not really a box-more like a vertical cardboard-cd-sturdy-booklet thjng) you will find 4 cds of never before released material (except for one track which also appeared in 'Flasket') by this already obscure band. The music goes from prolongued jamming (disc 1) to rearranged stuff from their 2 albums (disc 1 and 2) to never before heard compositions and adaptations of some of Bo Hansson's material as played by this band (disc 3 and 4). A nice big booklet is included with info on concerts, history, who-played-when-info and releases by members of the band. Lots of photos are found here too.
Over all a bit too expensive for what you get. I found one of these boxes at $ 64 but have always seen it with prices close to $ 80. So be sure you really like this band before you dig in your pocket. What's the music like? instrumental prog rock (not symphonic) with jazz and nordic folk influences. Nice!
