"... Some impressive and clearly passionate composition work that will surely fascinate many a grind-gore freak ... Simply unmissable!"

Product Description
The day of reckoning is HERE! Razorback Records is proud to present one of its best CD releases ever... WTN "Rotting In Pestilence". These diabolical undead surgeons from Singapore have recorded one of the greatest grind-gore albums in the genre's history, and this claim can be backed up once you hear this masterpiece.

Anybody who has ever been a fan of grind-gore will simply gorge themselves on the crushing crescendos of morbid guitar riffs, skinpeeling drum blasts, and a variety of gut-vomiting vocal attacks. This is a Metal album that demands repeating playing with songs that you'll actually remember.

"R.I.P" also features a special cover of Impetigo's classic song "I work for the Streetcleaner" with Impetigo's Mark Sawickis himself on guitar, and incredibly horrific artwork from the insane mad gravedigger, Spain's Nor. WTN has been lurking in dark alleyways and dusty crypts for far too long and this album is 6 years in the making... the time has come to reveal their hideous faces and twisted, demented intentions. You have been warned....

5 out of 5 stars soon to be a goregrind classic.......2004-04-16

I don't know much bands from Singapore. If they're all as good as this, lets hope a Singapore goregrind scene takes over Sweden's Mellow Death scene that's getting big everywhere. WTN throws a lot of distinct classic goregrind qualities in their blend of death/grind. They're like an updated version of Impetigo (they do a cover of an Impetigo song too), Autopsy, and old school Carcass. They pull off that doomish Autopsy style atmosphere. But explode with thrashing death riffs and speedy drum pounding. They sound like they're mercilessly beating the crap out of their instruments. There's never a dull moment...well except for the last sixteen minute track, it starts off as a song. But then after five minutes, goes silent and then there's a bunch of wierd noises. This doesn't matter though because all the other tracks were solid songs. I was really impressed by the first track which was instrumental. It sounded like a blend of Carcass and Slayer with a murky atmosphere. Although the band isn't trying to create a new genre, you're going to get some new goregrind tunes from this that you probably haven't heard before. I like how the solos creep out of nowhere unexpectedly, carrying derranged harmonies similiar to those found in Carcass' Necrotism. The deep indecipherable vocals sounded like a flushing toilet, mixed nicely with the blizzard the music created. Growls didn't overshadow the music or vice versa, a smooth blend of the two. There's an occasional bleeding-throat scream too. The production isn't too low or too high either. It's raw but clear at the same time, which doesn't blur the instruments together and satisfies the jagged texture of the music. No wonder it was a big seller on Razorback records.

5 out of 5 stars now this is GORE GRIND!.......2004-03-02

Another incredible Razorback Release. WTN ignores the trends and current metal scene and wips out a furious sleazy frenzy of ripping old school gore/grind. From the amazing artwork to the killer straight forward songs and old school production, fans of Repulsion, Impetigo, early Carcass and Napalm Death will not want to miss out on this. Even features a guest appearnce from Mark of Impetigo! Keep up the good work WTN and Razorback, death metal needs you!
