The tracks were recorded live at The Coal Exchange in Cardiff and The Patti Pavillion in Swansea. Selections include 3 songs from the band's Grammy nominated album "Zenith", the title track from their classic "My Name Is Tom" EP, and 2 previously unreleased songs.The 2 new songs are "Your Mind Is Like Mine", (a Beach Boys/Jackie DeShannon influenced number written by band member Dennis Davison) and "Loneliest Person", (a song originally recorded by the Pretty Things on their legendary album "S. F. Sorrow")
