there have been many best of eddie money releases out there but this is the best! the songs sound remastered and clear especially gimme some water , no control and she takes my breath away! this is a import so some of these songs are off the american release of the best of. this cd will get you shakin in your car driving down the highway so much that you feel like you can walk on water and take somebody home tonight ...lol buy this cd without doubt!!!

eddie's best.......2001-07-22

finally a great eddie money compilation! although once again some top 20 hits are missing but all the cool rock tracks are here!these are most of the songs eddie plays live these days! "sound of money" cd is good but they should have put gimme some water and can't keep a goodman down on it like this disc! she takes my breath away is a great rock song , this should have been released as a top 40 single in 1992! take me home tonight , i wanna go back , walk on water, peace in our time, think i'm in love and shakin are all timeless classics by "the money man"! eddie has always been a great rock performer with plenty of inspirational songs! 1999's "ready eddie" has awesome rock tracks on it also! there is enough hit material out there for a two cd best of compilation! remember endless nights, the love in your eyes, save a little room in your heart for me and others!

Sound of Money--UK Version, but better.......2001-07-18

If you already have the album "Greatest Hits: Sound of Money," then you will already have most of the tracks on this album. So why buy it? This one is superior in several ways. First, the sound quality is amazing! There is no claim that the tracks have been remastered, but they sure sound like it. Second, I believe the track selection is better. The album contains the best tracks from the "Sound of Money" album, (most of them), plus some older Eddie Money material as well a couple of tracks from the "Right Here" album. The result is basically, the "Sound of Money" album, updated and improved. Interestingly, this album is made in England and appears to be an import. The price certainly does not reflect this, so it's quite a bargain. If you get this album and Eddie's last album, "Ready Eddie," you will have the best of Eddie's rock hits. You can't miss with this one!
