Customer Reviews:

1 out of 5 stars HORRIBLE !.......2006-02-13

All I can say is horrible!
The singing is a high pitched screech and the music sounds like it was recorded on an 8 track in a garage. This is totally bogus!
This is NOT one of those CD's you want to own because it's so bad it's funny. It's so bad you want to avoid !

1 out of 5 stars Complete and utter garbage.......2005-12-19

This stuff is absolutely HILARIOUS!
Omg, where do I START?
First of all, it sounds like his drum machine is either 4,000 years old, or is built into one of those little casio keyboards that you buy at Costco. Seriously man, those are the WORST sounding FM drums I have heard since the first TIFFANY album in 1984.
I was originally intrigued by some of the atmospheres created by the 'horror' concepts until I read the lyrics. I will never forget how I just could not stop LAUGHING when I read the lyrics to 'Spider Inside the Closet':
Is he affraid of the dark?
Ha ha ha, we'll make him affraid
Is there a way out?
Ha ha ha, not in this closet
Should we let him go?
No! not in my lifetime

Not in my lifetime? This is supposed to be a horrifying conversation between the spider and the walls? NOT IN MY LIFETIME? I couldnt stop laughing. I thought I was going to piss myself.
As I read on, I found more and more examples of the incredible lyrical ineptitudes of Mr. Storm. His concepts are possibly interesting, but completely sophmoric. It is hard for me to assume his age due to his 'spooky' secret persona, but based on the quality of his lyrics I would have to say he is no more than a junior in high school.
The guitar work is fair, and lends itself to some of the better work of the genre. He is no slouch in terms of playing your basic predictable thrash riffs and he does have an affinity for playing disjunct solos that have some very interesting flavors to them. However, it is very hard to listen to on whole as it sounds as if the entire thing was recorded in his bedroom with an old 4 track tape recorder.
The vocals of Mr. Storm aren impossibly annoying. All of the melodies are sung in flasetto that gives the impression that he has not yet undergone puberty. The tiny 10 year olds voice makes it nearly impossible to discern any of the lyrics, and very much takes away from the attempt at atmosphere as opposed to embellishing it.
When I saw very badly designed rubber mask and the entire stage persona of Mr. Storm, I realized that this music would appeal to the same people that found something redeeming in the music and lyrics of early Venom. With ridiculous phrases and a pathetic attempt at being dark and scary, Mr. Storms music will appeal to thousands of the culturally retarded that would probably have thought that Freddy Vs. Jason was a good movie.

5 out of 5 stars cool music.......2005-08-01

i think this guys music is really cool.i heard it from my older brothers cd collection.check it out along with ghost town if you can find that one.

2 out of 5 stars The Singing Sucks.......2005-05-06

I'm being generous and giving this 2 stars for the music - the singing should have been left off though, or at least a singer with some degree of talent brought into the project.

1 out of 5 stars Please god what is this crap.......2005-05-05

I never in the history of music herd anything this bad. even Cortney Love has better music then this. THis is Garbage. I was listening to this and i laughed so hard. All of the 5 stars post are from himself. Look at sound click web site he does this to make himself feel better. (...)
