First, be aware that this is an unauthorized CD. Its running time is 30 minutes. Second, this CD is not awful but it merely consists of comments and quotes that Madonna has spoken from interviews throughout her entire career so far-mainly her 1st decade as a star-but in no particular order. The intro music and later the background music that is being played is not hers, which I simply don't understand. I call this CD unoriginal and find no novelty in it because considering all the different topics Madonna has explored in her career, I think better quotes could have been mixed in--also I say this because I think any die-hard Madonna fan probably already knows most if not all these comments made from her by heart. Most of them are from interviews that she's had that were televised, some over the phone or radio. Topics range mostly from the beginning of her career and how it was difficult making it in New York City-to the nature of her business (the jealousy it comes with) and what she has to accept as an icon-to what happened with the whole Pepsi scandal regarding her song "Like a Prayer" and some small and quick qoutes about her personality, motherhood and how she has evolved as the person she is today. Also, she talks about how being a dancer was such an integral part in her stepping into the music biz. Really nothing special or unheard of from before. Not a bad CD, but I wouldn't waste the money on it-to those who bought it already or are considering it, I don't think anyone will be pissed off but there's no need, it's pretty typical.

One of my friends is a Madonna fanatic. I myself am a Madonna fan, but I will go as far as buying her music not her interviews.

My friend let me borrow it and for $6.97 I could of got a Burger, Fries and Large soft drink at Carls Jr. and enjoyed myself more.

This interview titled "the unauthorized interview" doesn't reveal anything I don't already know about this lady who is a ray of light...pardon the pun.

Madonna is a wonderful, talented woman who has beat the odds in this pop entertainment industry still selling out audiences and records everywhere, but this audio CD is somebodys idea to make a buck off of Ms. Ciccone.

A waste of time.

I love this and I think the Spice Girls did a fabulous job. I love the clips and this interview, in a way, tells it all.
Also, make sure you purchase their "Forever" album and "SpiceWorld" movie! I know you have to have the others!

Rip off - big time.......2002-12-25

This CD is supposed to contain "Thirty minutes of spicey talk leaving no doubt that The Girls are well and truly back in town". Well, be that as it may, this CD certainly does nothing to prove it. Basically this CD is some 30 minutes of random 2 min. clips from various interviews. The sound quality of the clips vary from CD- to phonequality, but usually it's the latter. And all the while there's this annoying MIDI melody playing in the background. It sounds like a bloody video game. The production is horrible, the clips incoherent, and the melody in the background makes me want to have a fit. I have nothing against the idea of a CD with 30 min. of interview(s), but damn, this is so amateurish that it's hard to believe "Chrome records" (the label responsible for this garbage) haven't gone bankrupt yet.
