Oh Ya!.......2002-11-09

I like most got sucked in by Howzat and then got swallowed by Motor of Love, Gimme Love, and Blueswalkin. I still have the vinyl as well and play it about once a month.
It still rocks here in the USA.

A CLASSIC AUSTRALIAN ALBUM.......2000-03-26

This is Australian music at its finest. An exuberant and honest album, this was proof that a teen band could give value for money both in the music and the lavish packaging of the vinyl LP. From the catchy commercial sound of the title track to Braithwaite's superb ballad Lady of the Night, not to mention classic album tracks Blueswalkin' and Can't Find True Love this release is highly recommended. The only bum track is the last track, a drunken chorus which almost ruins the album. But the beauty of buying the CD is that you can program the player to skip the song altogether. It reminds me of The Beatles white album where you had to dart for the stereo and turn it off quickly before Revolution 9 and Good Night came on. And yes, you can compare this album with the white album. It is a mystery why this group never made it overseas. They are truly up there with Little River Band, The Seekers, Air Supply and INXS.

I love Howzat and If I had my way and lady of the night, I also love Blueswalkin, The Swap and Can't Find True Love. I was eleven when I bought this album on vinyl in 1976 and I am rapt that it is now on cd after 23 Years.
