About the Artist
Singer-Songwriter-Guitarist-Danny Allen, originally from Oakland California, landed in L.A. a few years back. He formed the band (Boys Named Sue) with L.A. native Songwriter-Bassist-Designboy-Dave Chapple. 30 songs later and multiple therapy sessions they eventually pursued separate interests. Later on in 1997 having experienced longing co-dependency loss and a penchant for Mexican food they were reunited like a bad teen re-run. While sifting through a veritable pile of exploded drummers they met (outside the famed LA Smog Cutter Karaoke Bar) the hubcap/coffee can collecting Michael Kinkade. The Arizona musical contortionist and multiple style guru was enlisted to bang on things while explaining the benefits of growing up in a tent. Previous musical stints include Tracy Bonham (Danny) and Baby Lemonade/Love with Arthur Lee (Dave), as well as Michael's never ending recording calendar.
