Editorial Reviews
It has always been a dream of Owen's, since he was a child, to be able to play and record, all the instruments needed to create his own CD. Years later, Owen's dream, has finally come true. It has taken alot of hard work. Owen thanks the Lord for his musical gift, and his parents for his first guitar at the age of 4.
This CD (Bare Your Soul)was released for all the world to hear in August of 2001.
All of these songs were created and composed by Owen Greene. All instruments you hear on this CD were played by Owen Greene.
This CD is something you should really take the time to listen to. You can definately feel the emotion he has captured within his music. When you listen to this CD be careful, your emotions could run wild! The guitar on this CD is an outstanding piece of work.
Owen looks forward to hearing from all of you, and hopes all will enjoy part of his life's work. This CD has a powerful, emotional effect on the listener regardless of your age. (You'll absolutely want to have this CD in your collection!)

Product Description
"Right from the beginning, something is happening : a "rendez-vous" with a voice and a guitar soft as it gets attracts attention, like some kind of post-teenage David Grubbs, already touching. The rest of the record is at the same level and the 50 minutes of "lay your soul bare" consist in a stunning explorations of pop, jazz, blues, bossa-nova filled with remarkably mature emotions. With enlightened songwriting and a vocal persona that wouldn't blush close to the greatests, eric pasquereau (from nantes, fr) intelligently created his addictive pop-songs with his beautiful voice, that sometimes makes me think of sam prekop's (the sea and cake). The bossa-nova sounds of some songs also reminds of Sam Prekop's solo album (thrill jockey, 1999). Either arranged with other instruments (violin, piano, saxophone, melodica…) or left alone guiatr and voice; the songs always keep this impressive melodic power, suave and full of talent that no sentence could properly explain. The whole is at the same time, light and dark, simple and complex, beautifully produced. The music business is today saturated with so may records, let's pray and hope that this record will get the attention it deserves, that is the best."Rock Music:
