Hard-honking horns; slinky rhythms; heart-throbbing beats. . . . This soundtrack to the new burlesque is the sound of vintage rhythm & blues, bump-and-grind exotica, and hipster jazz working its magic to uncover hidden desires and soft, sultry curves.

Take it Off Slow...Real Slow.......2005-07-07
It's still fun. I can recall all those strippers traipsing across the stage, showing literally nothing (a la Gypsy Rose Lee and her trademark bubble, or feather!), and I say to myself, "How far, or in some way (OK, little Baptist Buddhism here) how Fowl have we come?)
Are we that Chicken? Are there scruples in advertising? Are we all truly, filthy minions, mismanaging the planet? Is Global Warming something dreamed up by Drusch Limberbaugh as a diversion, while he arms Iran? I think we have to band together, armed banditos of Amastandia!
OK. Rant's over. Back to the meds...
