Este album se aparta del tradicional sonido musical de la salsa de Richie Ray & Bobby Cruz y mas bien parece un album de experimento. Baladas, himnos y hasta el testimonio de Richie Ray ( que cubre una porcion bastante significativa del album ) es lo que tenemos aqui.El hecho de que dicho testimonio sea narrado en ingles y en espanol simultaneamente le resta impacto y lo hace monotono. La cancion tema "Tu Alumbras Mi ser" es una version al castellano del exito de Debbie Boone "You Light Up My Life". Si no fuera por el magistral tema "Grande Amor", uno de los mas hermosos temas cristianos que hayan grabado Richie & Bobby, esta produccion hubiera sido bastante regular ( average ). Pero dicho tema, que no se consigue en ninguna otra compilacion de este binomio, es lo que realmente salva este album y lo coloca en un nivel mas elevado. Si busca salsa, aqui no la encontrara. Si gusta de Richie Ray & Bobby Cruz, este album no debe faltar en su coleccion.
