Not their best.......2007-07-19

I have just about every trust LP/CD and this one was certainly hard to find. I finally shelled out over the odds for it and it's a departure from the norm. Their previous CD, Europe et Haines had something for everyone but this one takes a lot of listening. Maybe if you are fluent in French the lyrics make up for the music but my French is mediocre, to say the least.

The second reunion........2001-11-16

TRUST's sixth studio album. It has to be said that the kids were waiting for it with a lot of hope. Concerts were already booked before its release. The media criticized the album a lot. But anyhow it's a good album.

Now we can say its sound is a little bit "cold"...Every one has worked on it : Bernie worked out his voice, the music is subtle, and the rhythm section is very "young". It sound like the first album of a young band with a huge production. It's true that it doesn't relate to the old TRUST anywhere, but this new formulae can't let people un-sensitive. It's influences one more blues rock than before, but the energy is still there. It reflects exactly what the band was at this moment : 4 musicians that want to play what they like and have fun while doing it! That can be heard if you listen carefully.

In a nutshell, a really courageous album for a band that had nothing to loose !
