An accomplished artist. A successful album........2003-12-23

Tanya Saint-Val is back with "AnsAnm", her new and 9th album. On this Cd, there is for all the tastes. Everyone is been useful. An album which covers various subjects. Texts well written such as: "Anmwé", "Adonaï", "fré Vyé", "Tant qu'on aime", "Solitude", "Only pou mwen" to quote only these. In conclusion, an accomplished artist, a successful album. You did not finish surprising us. Congratulations Tanya Saint-Val!

I'm loving this CD...........2003-04-14

I am a fan of zouk, made popular from artists in Martinique and Guadeloupe. But, I admit I bought this album because of Tanya's collaborations with Emeline Michel and Alan Cave(Two of Haiti's greatest vocalists of today). Tanya has an absolutely fabulous voice, and I now understand why she is called the queen of Soul-Zouk! This CD has beautiful, inspirational songs about coming together, living in peace, freedom, being proud to be from the Caribbean, etc. The 3 songs that really make you want to go out and dance are "Nyango Ohe," "Caribbean Feelin," and "Universelle"(with Emeline). Other standout tracks in my opinion are,"Anmwe," "Ansanm," "Tous Ces Hommes," "Solitude," and her duet with Alan,"Vye Fre." If you are already a fan of Tanya or just zouk, you should pick this up, today!! What a beautiful, gorgeous voice!!
