If you want to know truth Japanese Aidol..........2005-01-28

Do you know the word "Japanese Aidol(idol)". When you think about the word by the ordinal common scense, you may have the misunderstanding, that is, the mean of Idol in foregin countries will be the artist that atract the audiences by his playing technique or great singer power and so on.
But in Japan the mean of Idol is a little different, as that have the connection of unique Japanese culture, the vogue or history etc, it is very difficult that I explain about the word concretly.
If I dare to say about the difference, there are many young or adult men fans in J idol, because the idols put on showy and cute dress like men rather than women are tempted, and the idols dare to talk with cute voice. May be many foreigners may dislike the idols because of the difference of culture or the exaggerated cute behaves.

By the way, Yoko Minamino was a majorest idol in 80' idol genre. Off course she had the greatest looks and the charms that women in addition to men were tempted. I think so too.
If I say about her vocal technique francly, she may be a poor singer on the point. But the looks that she sang her songs with her selecting the true meaning of the lyrics was just tempted charms.
Off course, there are such minus points, however her songs have great melodies because her songs were made by the great composers on the many cases.

But the charms of Japanese idols may be told to the listeners if the listeners know about their characters etc by the TV or magazine, that is, it may be difficult to know the charms by cd only. But it will be truth that her songs is beautiful.

If you know and are fans of now Japanese idols like Morning Musume or Matsuura Aya, in the point that you know the Japanese idol history, it will be good choice to listen her songs.

By the way, because this album is the best cd with 2 cd, the cost performance is great compared to other disc.
