Murdered by The Moore Brothers isn't exactly a "whodunit." It's obvious from the first track that these boys are guilty as sin, but fourteen tracks later, there's no jury in the world that would convict them. Lounge music for the gallows.......2007-03-23

When Alfred Hitchcock was at the peak of his popularity, thanks to his TV series, "Alfred Hitchcock Presents," someone came up with the wonderful idea of Hitch narrating an easy-listening album filled with black humor. Now DRG has reissued this grim but sly gem on CD for the first time. Hitch provides his usual droll commentary while his musical director, Hollywood veteran Jeff Alexander, conducts creepy arrangements of old standards like "After You've Gone" to underline the album's homicidal tendencies. It's great fun if that sort of humor appeals to you. That album has been paired with the soundtrack to the British film "Circus of Horrors," which is less interesting but may appeal to film-score buffs. But Hitchcock fans are urged to pick this one up.

A Russian hero's secret mind?.......2003-07-28

There are three songs that I like the most. Track No. 18 (prelude), 20 (Nocturne) and 22 (finale). Nocturne is a cello concerto showing excessive romance and sorrow but just so beautiful. I don't know how many times that I listened to this Nocturne over and over again. What about Finale? It has bigger sound than any heavy metal music out there. Always reminds me the soldiers marching towards a great war. I just love this song!!!

I heard this cd a few years ago, just awesome. My two favorite songs were definitely Unlucky Pedestrian and Satan's in My Beer. This album was the ultimate combination of metal and comedy, then again we only paid $0.99 for it..
