Customer Reviews:
The best live Haggard you'll find........2004-08-26
This is a great live album, albeit a short one, and the renditions of "Running Kind/Lonesome Fugitive," "Back to the Barrooms," and "Sing Me Back Home" are the best you'll find anywhere. This is real deal country, not the garbage the CMA promotes today, and the cd is a joy to listen to. Recorded when Haggard was at the top of his game, this is one of his rowdiest and more energetic collections of songs. Highly recommended for those new to Haggard. Grab it before it's out of circulation.

The Hag at his best.......2005-03-16
Rainbow Stew is a classic from the one and only Merle Haggard. Rainbow Stew is the first song I ever heard by the Hag, and I consider it to be my favorite songs by him. Buy this cd if you wanna here the Hag sing his great music live. It's some good stuff.
