Customer Reviews:

5 out of 5 stars A dream of an album.......2001-09-13

This is one of my favorite Robin Williamson albums. It doesn't matter how many times I listen to it I never get bored of it probably because it is so varied. Each song is different from the last being based on dreams that Robin had. Lyrics flow into one another and nothing seems to make sense but there are moments of beauty, horror, confusion and comedy just like dreams really. Robin's talents as a story teller really come across as he puts everything he's got into conjuring up these dream-like images. His talents as a multi instrumentalist also come in handy as he colors these images with all manner of different instruments including guitar, harp, fiddle, harmonica and all kinds of percussion.
This album is a facinating journey through the dreams of Robin Williamson. I recommend you listen to it in the dark with headphones on. Lie back and enjoy the trip.
