Rolling Train

Editorial Reviews

About the Artist
I have been playing and performing since 1965 starting out on the west coast area. Recently I have received an Honor Award for one of my newer songs that I hope will be available on my second album. On this album the musicians are: David McAdams on guitars, harmonicas and vocals Mark Marshall on bass guitar on songs:

Rolling Train, Elwood, Something Else Again,

An Honest Man, Have to Leave the Country,

My Walking Cane and My Train Had to Leave Mike Bajuk plays drums on An Honest Man,

My Walking Cane and My Train Had to Leave The song "Taxed to Death" is performed with the Bluegrass Monarchs of Monterey California and recorded at Bobby Deans Studio. Musicians are: Larry Popkey on banjo Michael Johnson on mandolin Mike Osgood and Pat Mahoney backup vocals Myself on guitar and lead vocals.

Product Description:
This is a lyrical folk album with songs that have been "existing" from one month to over 30 years. The obvious theme is the train and the ability to transport not only the body but also the spirit. Other themes are the gone right and gone wrong love songs, taxes, friendships, honesty and insights. I am sure the listener will find a song that moves them in some way. Many songs have received air time with online folk radio stations at this writing. The cover photo is a photograph by Al Phelps from 1948. Album recorded at Binary Studios in Bellingham Washington.
