5 out of 5 stars Terrific first CD from Peter Law!.......2007-02-28

I've been a fan of Peter Law for over ten years and he has never sounded better. "Easy Way Out" and "Fantasy girl" really stand out.

1 out of 5 stars Huh?.......2003-04-17

Is this guy kidding? My dogs sing better than this guy. I'll be selling (or trying to sell) this one on ebay.

1 out of 5 stars Pretty Bad CD.......2003-02-09

Not much to say except that a friend of mine was weeding out his CD collection and gave me all the stuff he no longer wanted. This was one of the CDs he gave me. I can understand why he no longer wanted it. It's pretty bad. Sorry. It just is.

5 out of 5 stars Pete Law ROCKS!!.......2002-10-23

Don't know what's wrong with that California lady .... or maybe that says it all ... LOL. Why did you even bother to buy the CD if you don't like it?

His musical style reminds me of Bruce Springsteen and Van Morrison, and his lyrics are even more intriguing. He could also be a poet.

I'm a definite fan and looking forward to the next CD.

WOW. This is an independent release? This record has some of the best stuff I have heard in a long time. I really like the live track, Tarot. Saw this guy on MP3. Definitely influenced by Dylan, his lyric writing is not as good, but his music may be better. The acoustic stuff is very intricate, and the electric stuff has a really cool organ sound (maybe one of those organs that have the speaker that spins). You and Jackie is one of my favorites too. I'm not a pro reviewer or anything, I just think this is a record worth owning.
