Customer Reviews:

5 out of 5 stars Sensational!.......2006-07-02

Like Barbara, this is the first album that I have bought listening to web clips. I have been a big Fiona Apple fan for some time and thought that Leah would be of the same ilk. I was not disappointed. Her voice is like silk and you can tell that she just loves singing as you can envisage a smile curling her lips with each word. Normally, I have to listen to a song a few times to get into it, but straight from the first track, she had me hooked. I thoroughly recommmend this album and will be certainly asking for Hard Road for my coming birthday. If she ever comes over the pond, I will be the adoring one in the front seat!

5 out of 5 stars A very bright future .......2004-08-15

This was the first time I ever bought a CD by just listening to a sound clip. If you like artists such as Jann Arden or Dar Williams, Leah Zicari is for you. Her folk-rock sound is light without being boring and there is some great acoustic guitar work. Some of her lyrics actually gave me the chills the first time I heard them. Leah's voice is sweet, pure and sincere. I can't get enough of this recording and I think that Leah Zicari has very a bright future. Also check out her debut CD "Hard Road."
