About the Artist
In addition to being a performer and songwriter, Eliott James has long had a project recording studio and has recorded artists such as Ellis Paul, Eric Andersen, and Bill Shafton. He is also a published poet, photographer (four of his photos are used in the design of the CD and cover art) and the author of three books which have been published in three languages.

He also performs the classic JJ Cale tune, "Sensitive Kind" but unlike the style of the original or other cover versions. His style crosses the boundaries of folk into pop-rock, adult contemporary and back and yet sounds different than most anything to date. There's an emotional warmth and depth in the lyrics and instrumentation that makes his songs intimate, yet bitter-sweet.
