Highly recommeneded... a rare find.......2004-04-04

I purchased this CD on cdbaby.com a few months ago, and it hasn't left my CD changer since. This is one of the first independent artists I've heard in a very long time that posesses the "magic" combination of talent, originality and great songwriting. The lyrics are exceptional... a cut above the ordinary. In a league with Dar Williams and Joni Mitchell... and the sound of the album is great. I don't know if I'd call it folk or not... maybe alternative-rock-folk, or something... but I am sure this will be a great CD for your collection... a rare find where every song is great. Highly recommended.
