As the third track on How I Spent My Summer Vacation makes abundantly clear, the Bouncing Souls are "True Believers," utterly uncompromising stalwarts of punk. By "punk," they do not mean the art-school flamboyance or anarcho-posturings of the Sex Pistols, or the heartfelt, in-your-face raging of Henry Rollins and Black Flag. Rather, this is the simple peacetime punk of kids with energy to spare. It's about sunny days, pretty girls, BMX bikes, and playful pogoing. It's about loneliness, alienation, and the desperate conviction of teenage love. And, above all, it's about music as a force for good. The Bouncing Souls deliver a positivist, anthemic pop that's specifically designed to raise depressed spirits, as evinced lyrically by the two openers, "That Song" and "Private Radio," and the closing tune, "Gone." In this respect, they have much in common with Green Day and the Offspring, but they carefully avoid the deliberate frivolity of those bands, evidently aiming to reflect the lives and feelings of their fans instead of becoming rock & roll personalities themselves. Unfortunately, this realism makes How I Spent My Summer Vacation increasingly inconsequential as the tracks pass. But, in short bursts, it is what it intends to be--great fun. --Dominic Wills

Album Description

How I Spent My Summer Vacation sets its tone on its first track 'That Song', an ode to all the songs, which hold the power to define our lives. Through out the album the themes of joy and belief repeat themselves, illustrating that feeling of true freedom that can only be found in a punk rock. Tracks like 'True Believers' and 'Better Life' are battle cry's for those who seek the freedom and control that punk rock brings, while 'Streetlight Serenade' is a ballad dedicated to a BMX bike 'and everything else that I like,' The album's powerhouse closer is the song 'Gone' which offers up one of those hooks that is destined to stick with you for a life time. 13 tracks. 2001 release.

5 out of 5 stars AMAZING!.......2007-04-01

Memories, memories, memories... this CD is definately an anthem. The Bouncing Souls hit it big with this one, with masterpieces "Gone" and "True Believers" being chanted at every live Bouncing Souls show!! You'll find yourself memorizing and singing the lyrics to every song (not on purpose), and looking up bass tabs for these songs because you'll want to hear them over and over again.
So buy this album,
I know its one of the best decisions I've ever made.

4 out of 5 stars Should have followed Maniacal... more people would own it today.......2007-01-05

Face it... the Bouncing Souls were never about flaunting their musical chops. They are a simple, beloved good-times punk band, almost worthy of a 90's Descendents comparison. And like old Descendents tunes, there is a place and time for their caffeinated brand of energy and humor; and then it can get stale and immature very very fast.

Somehow I ended up aquiring this disk years after their self-titled Epitaph debut disaster closed the lid on my genuine interest in this band. This is the album that should have followed Maniacal Laughter; the older fans might have stuck around a bit longer. "Summer" catches up to where Maniacal's energy soared. "Gone" could be one of the best songs the band ever wrote.

5 out of 5 stars spend your summers with the Souls - they're a good companion.......2006-11-15

This time around the Souls loose some of the raw energy of 'Maniacal Laughter' in exchange for a decidedly richer, more heartfelt sound. And you know what: it's got way more impact. Despite the light subject matter (bikes, girls, summer vacation) they nail each song home with great vocals, ripping guitars, and hooks galore. They really know how to craft a song and build it up. Every song has a message and is memorable in their own way. It's definitely the best feel-good punk available. And I hesitate to use the word 'punk', because although it's certaily rock sped up, it does have just a good old rock and roll feel to it...perhaps the Souls have transcended the whole punk thing. Am I overthinking this? Yes. The best word about this is: put on your headphones, get on your bike and speed through your neighborhood listening to this.

5 out of 5 stars How I Spent The Best 5 Dollars Of My Life.......2006-09-27

Ventura, circa 2004. My first experience with the Souls was an unexpected one after hearing a set of theirs at Warped. The songs they sang sounded breathtaking and uplifting... the kind of songs that make your heart beat faster and get you excited. The first thing I did after witnessing this spectacle was to rush over to their booth and buy a cd. I chose this. Now, a couple years later and having heard everything they have released... this remains the best. It is more polished then anything prior and just plain better than their latest two (which are also great).
The album starts out with a bang with the punk classic "That Song" which is really cool because it is like you are the one they are singing about... putting the needle on the record and playing that song again.
The second song "Private Radio" is one of the best songs to sing along to with its simple yet catchy chorus and great verses... just a great song about music in general.
"True Believers" may be the best song in the Souls catalogue simply because it portrays who they are and gives us something from each member of the band. Amazing drums, guitar and vocals make this an instant classic about friendship.
"Better Life" is one of those songs that gets your emotions ivolved. Not because its sad but because it is SO uplifting. Outstanding song.
"The Something Special" is a slower song that portrays Greg's voice the best out of any song I've heard. It starts out slower than picks up speed resulting in one of those choruses you can't help but scream out.
"Broken Record" is a classic Souls sounding song and another one that shows their love for what they do.
"Lifetime" is a favorite of mine particularly for the instrumentation involved. Check out the bass work especially.
"Manthem"... another classic. Similiar to True Believers this is another song about loving life and being with friends. Previously my favorite song on the album for the longest time.
"Break-Up Song" is one of the best song about relationships I've ever heard... great vocals.
"Streetlight Serenade" is another one that will stick out immediately... another favorite.
"Late Bloomer" Probably the song I listen to least but in no means bad. Still a great song with cool guitar.
"No Comply" is my favorite song... ? maybe. But I love how it sounds like classic Souls with a clean, polished sound. Maybe the punkest song on the album
Lastly "Gone" wraps up this perfect album with a terrific anthem which sounds sad and happy at the same time in a beautiful, emotional punk ride that you will love.
If you are now getting into the Bouncing Souls... you need to start here to see the best of the them. Not new? then you should already have this...

5 out of 5 stars guaranteed to keep you bouncing from start to finish.......2006-05-09

I believe that this is by far the band's best work. The album is full of catchy and upbeat anthems. Yes, anthems. These are songs that you will sing out in your room or chant along with in your car. From beginning to end, this album delivers a surge of positive energy that never lets you down. This cd will lift your spirits as well as your heart rate. Greg's voice carries beautifully, while still staying true to their punk rock sound. The Pete's guitarwork is fairly simple, but holds the songs up, nonetheless. Bryan's bassage is innovative and catchy, and rolls on flawlessly through every track. And Michael's drumming is spot-on and aggressive, and it totally keeps you movin'. One of my favorite things about the Bouncing Souls is their lyrics, which are real and easy to relate to. They sing of good and bad times, old friends and new ones, love lost and love found, and about reconnecting with the things that make you happy. "How I Spent My Summer Vacation" will get you through the day floating on a cloud of pure liveliness and bliss. Who wouldn't love that? It's hard to narrow down my favorites on this album, but they'd have to be "Private Radio", "Lifetime", "Broken Record", "Late Bloomer", and "The Something Special". It's great stuff so go buy it!! And also, if you get the chance to see these guys live, go for it! Their live show is just as promising if not more than this album.

3 out of 5 stars Let there be death punk.......2004-06-30

"Hot Cars & Spent Contraceptives" is brutal. There is no other word for it, its the aural equivilent of being smacked in the head with a piece of 2 by 4. That said its not terrible experience, it just leaves you feeling a little dazed afterwards. Now not a warning but I'll just mention that this sounds very little like later Turbonegro, there is no Euroboy so no spectacular Euroboy solo dotting the land scape, the vocals aren't as clear, and there is a distinct lack of melodies.

The album opens with a girl talking about how much she likes having sex, it sounds like she's describing a bad porno, and it now (because of the bonus tracks) closes in a similar way, a 24 minute cop rape scence. The music its self suits the death punk (the album comes with a sicker calling it the birth of death punk) than later albums, its got a doomy metal feel of Venom or even a much faster Metalica, but with hardcore punk drumming. The vocals are pretty much inaudible and while it does suit the music sometimes it just seems to grate your nerves after a short time. The strong points of the album are its sludgy brutal guitars and its flow. The latter is surprising because the bonus tracks on the reissue are interspresed throughout not tacked on at the end, but its obviously done with some care because it flows really well.

The songs them are all pretty good, there are no spectacular ones but there is only one really bad one and thats " A Career In Indie Rock" and only because its all spoken word and goes on for way too long, though the concept is sort of funny i guess (link what goes on to the title). The best songs are "Armed And Fairly Well Equipped" (Bonus) , "Kiss The Knife", "Manimal" and "Zonked Out(On Hashish)".

Its somehow more heavy metal and punk than any of their later stuff but not as good. Fans of "Ass Cobra" might like it more than others but really it just doesn't have the tunes to compete even with "F*ck The World". However it rocks, rocks hard, this is music to smash things up to.

5 out of 5 stars Moe's fired-up return to recording is a blast.......2004-02-27

Moe sounds like she's having a ball, with guest shots from her pals in the Velvet Underground and Violent Femmes. There are ghostly echoes of the Velvets sound -- chiming guitars, scraping violas, booming drums -- but Georgia's a long way from New York: there's a wonderful cover of "(And) Then He Kissed Me" to balance out "I'm Waiting for the Man." And titles like "Lazy," "Too Shy," and "Stayin' Put" indicate Moe's not eager to move back to the city any time soon. Worth tracking down for your next party.

4 out of 5 stars Vince at his best.......2005-09-18

Featues Benny Green on piano, Dale Barlow on tenor sax, Carl Allen on drums, Charnett Moffatt on bass and Vince on trumpet and vocals. The songs are well-chosen (and recorded in NYC if memory serves) and present Vince at his swingingest. Benny Green is impeccable on piano, with just the right chord colorations, and Dales Barlow's sax improvisations are very good. The sound leaves a little to be desired in the clarity department. But the album is so soulful and enjoyable you won't care.

5 out of 5 stars For all seasons.......2001-09-24

I have bought this album twice now. I had to buy it again as I had it at a good friend's place but did not have the heart to take it away, as it had been in his possession for years. He played it every time he cooked dinner for me.

This is a beautiful Jazz album, perhaps along with "Future Girl", my favourite Vince Jones album. He is at his best throughout the session, smooth ballads, great band - comforting, warm and meticulous.

I recommend this album. It will not disappoint and it will remain in your Jazz collection, sitting waiting to be played at any opportunity. No matter what mood, this album will have the effect of giving you some perspective on the life that you're trying to work out.

5 out of 5 stars My favourite CD!.......1999-01-17

When you combine a voice as smooth as melted chocolate with some incredibly great tunes...watch out! It's addictive! If I could only recommend one CD to anybody, this would be it.

3 out of 5 stars Just wild stuff, just really wild........2007-01-29

More delicate records from the shoegaze era are usually graffitied with descriptors like "dreamlike" and "ethereal." "Nowhere" by Ride is a breezy "what if" run-through that tries to approximate what the Beach Boys or the Byrds might sound like underwater. Going on what the star chamber of over fifteen years' worth of critics have said, My Bloody Valentine's "Loveless" is supposed to sound like being in love. If either of those description are accurate, then "They Spent Their Wild Youthful Days in the Glittering World of the Salons" must be like trying hard to remember being in love. Underwater. With a Frenchman.

A brief spin of the dial on a "French Radio" and you can almost hear your brain's remembrance gears start to turn. Clock-tick drumwork and odd, clanking-yet-shimmering guitar chords back up androgynous baby lullaby vocals on the opener "In Harmony Newfound Freedom," which brings to mind Danish space-rockers Mew. Modern day proteges? "In Harmony" sheds light on the stylistic underpinnings of the album and the Swirlies sound. But as the band later point out, you must hear it for yourself. You'd be hard pressed to call "Their Wild Youthful Days" delicate, aggressive, dissonant or musical with much certainty. They're somehow all of the above, at once.

"San Cristobal" comes off like a metal band that couldn't afford the right amps or a guest appearance from the Cookie Monster. Elsewhere, the introductory riff on "Two Girls Kissing" could easily be mistaken for an obscure Fugazi/Evens vamp... that is, until the drenched guitars clobber their way to the front, dragging up flutey, very un-McKaye choirboy vox by the hair with them. Other bits are even weirder. The cutesy "You Can't Be Told It, You Must Behold It" is based on a basso synth voice repeatedly scatting "bee-baa, bee-baa" in true Daft Punk spirit. A bit later, the record takes a more obvious intermission in the form of the found sound street recording "Do Any of You Know Anything About Love?" There's a brief primer on theremins and ring modulators in "Boys, Protect Yourself From Aliens" which is followed up by the coy pendulum-swinging "Sunn," full of distant bleeps and blips and gooey synthesizer portamento during the quiet bits and a pronounced drumbeat in the "a bit louder" bits. It finally starts to really gallop at about 3:50.

But even when these guys "take off," it's using some kind of screwloose engine that probably didn't pass government inspection. While never relying on more traditional pop hooks to wire with guitar pedals (like Ride's "Nowhere"), "Their Wild Youthful Days" feels confusing, and not in the same floaty, rush-of-endorphins, one-hand-on-the-whammy-bar way as "Loveless." My Bloody Valentine's masterpiece was built upon simple melodies and chord progressions that would sound just as brilliant (albeit different) in a folky acoustic arrangement. One can't honestly say the same about a record as dense and complex as "Their Wild Youthful Days."

More Blonde Redhead than Cocteau Twins. More Sonic Youth than Slowdive. If this is dreampop, it's the stuff of dreams fueled by way too much Mexican food before bed. Although maybe it's more LSD than MSG.

5 out of 5 stars This came out in 1995.. .......2005-01-24

A landmark full length for my record collection. This came out in 1995 and I have yet to hear another modern pop sound as thoughtful and flawless as this. Melding early synthesizers and electronics, brilliant sounding drums and guitars, and three dimensional vocal melodies, this had the same effect on me as The Beatles "Revolver", Beach Boys "Smile", and the Zombies "Odyssey Oracle". Every song is a gem but like the other records I listed, a complete (and ambitious) thought.

5 out of 5 stars Unique, Internally Diverse, and it Rocks.......2004-09-12

These songs sound quite different from one another. 'San Cristobal' rocks as much as any metal, some verges on stereolab's french vocal harmonies (if recorded in a wind tunnel), and a few also echo Stereolab's early guitar chords. Sunn begins with some interesting guitar chord overlays reminiscent of Glenn Branca's guitar orchestras (which ye experimental guitarists may have tried in your own bands), but proceeds on into a coherent song with a different sound (not atypical for swirlies). There are shades of Sonic Youth in here as well... rich, complex, diverse.

And you've got to love the album title, whatever it means.

As I said in my review of Blonde-Adder Baton, this band should be famous and fabulously rich.

5 out of 5 stars Gotta Love the Ostrich!.......2003-03-28

Quirky, Eccentric, Guitar-Blasted, Melodic, American, and Original - these words best describe the Swirlies.

Although good things are said about Blonder Tounge, this CD is better produced - somewhat less noisy and rough, although there are some very driving guitars on a couple of tracks. They put the most time, money and effort into this one, and it shows. The production value is very high - the only lo-fi bits are the "field recordings" that seem to be inside jokes. (After you hear the French guy talking about his cat Gatsby for the 100th time, you might be rolling on the floor, too.) The fold-out artwork is also much more elaborate and fun, in a child-like way. The mostly instrospective lyrics are softly delivered. The complex song structures and unexpected breaks will tickle your brain. Electronics and oohh-ooohh harmonies add a nice warm poppy feel. The opposing elements never fight against each other, but are more smoothly blended than they are on Blonder.

The band really made their mark on this one. I implore you to buy this first! NOT ONE BAD SONG ON IT.

3 out of 5 stars Spent, Apparently.......2005-12-06

These guys might have been done in by their own stylistic virtuosity as much as anything else. Originally known as Monkey Rhythm, the Spent Poets released this self-titled effort in 1992 and then sank without a trace shortly after the follow-up was shelved by the label. Predictably this is now a denizen of the "Shame It's Out-of-Print" File, but if you're a fan of late 80's/early 90's alternative, you should check it out if you stumble upon it. It has a quirky inventiveness, a bit of a postmodern Beatles feel. "Your Existential Past" is insanely catchy jangle-pop, "You Don't Know Me" rises and falls like a wave, and "You Can't Kill Michael Malloy" sounds like something off a period film soundtrack. As with any band that tries so hard to be cerebral and unique, there are moments of coyness and pretension, but these are a small price to pay. After all, how can you not like an album that samples "Orphee" and has a song named after Walt Whitman's facial hair?

3 out of 5 stars Spent Poets: Lots Of Prose, But A Few Cons.......2005-08-13

OK, that was maybe an obvious sort of pun, but it does reflect just how sprawling this quirky little unfinished gem is. To these ears, "Mr. Einstein" sets the tone in a very Roxy Music-like way; in fact, the lead vocalist is a slightly warmer Bryan Ferry, and the undulating bass absolutely comparable to Tony Levin, but the atonal keyboards indeed evoke XTC, as others reviewing this album have noted. There is, of course, a risk in being too clever when taking cues primarily from Andy Partridge and secondhand Sixties references, however effective - not affecting - they may be (although "Your Existential Past" takes its strengths from same, followed by "Grassheads", which just as quickly verges on wearing thin, only to be reeled in by a trippy chorus) and the Poets spend liberal quantities of my patience at times elsewhere, but on the whole, this album rewards rather than punishes one's ears, and "Dogtown", complete with spine-tingling accompaniment, would fit in just perfectly on a Hollies greatest hits collection. It's also quite amusing to hear the lyric "let's go listen to Morrissey" in another song ("Who Put The Rocks In Virginia's Dress") so clearly evocative of the band and singer (Roxy and Ferry again) that greatly influenced The Smiths frontman's notoriously languid delivery. Yes, a clever lot, these poets, but their prose rarely inspires much emotional resonance with this listener. To put it another way, not everyone can be Jellyfish. Still, a few more smiles and a few more smirks are never a bad thing.....

4 out of 5 stars Excellence coupled with regret..........2001-10-11

I remember when this cd first came out. For some reason, here in the bay area, this cd was buried amidst the fallout by the (now-vh1-where-are-they-now-wonders) of the Spin Doctors. As such, it got largely ignored except by those who were in-tune with the bay-area music scene and its overlaps (primus, faith no more, limbomaniacs, psychedlicfunkapus). Somehow, although musically miles apart from the bands just mentioned, they were in that scene.

Musically, these guys are VERY reminescent of bands like XTC. They also have a kind of Michael Penn-esque pop sensability about them. Similar bands came out back in this area, namely Material Issue, School of Fish, and The Rembrants (back when they were just two guys playing acoustic guitar and hadn't acheived FRIENDS fame yet).

However, these guys were also WAY ahead of their time. Not only did they have an amazing sound, but they coupled it with amazing production. You get a kind layer-upon-layer sound, truly appreciated through some decent headphones. It makes for a very rich and warm sound.

This is very worth getting if you can. This is where the "regret" portion of my title comes into play. I had this cd many times before. The first time I had it, it met an unfortunate fate as I was driving down 280 in Daly City bickering with a (virtually rabid) ex-girlfriend. Frustrated with the argument, she pushed the "eject" on the cd player, and threw it out the window. More than ten years later, I somehow can still recall that as if it happened in slow motion.

So, after leaving her on the side of the road (just kidding), I had to get another copy. That copy I loaned to a "friend" and it never returned. So now, I am without, and looks like I will remain without until somebody somewhere uses one of these songs in a movie or commercial (hello, VW, are you listening?)...thereby promting a reissue. Hopefully, that will happen. Until then, scan the used bins around your cities. It's very worth it.

Enjoy and cherish it if you get a copy.

5 out of 5 stars Power-pop perfection.............1999-05-24

A wonderful gem of pop music. Don't be fooled by the fact that these guys have worked with Primus - they are not at all like Primus. The second album was never completed/released. A genuine tragedy. As one of the other reviewers said "I want to buy this CD again and again". Myself, I snatch it from used-CD bins whenever I can and give it to friends. Easily one of the best 50 or 25 albums of the 1990s.

3 out of 5 stars Cool little CD.......1998-10-15

This is quite a good, quirky release. Not everybodys cup of tea but if you like pop music in the genre of PreFab Sprout, XTC, Squeeze, this one may be for you!

I've known the artists of Justus Boyz for ever(i wasnt even born when my parents knew them) and i've never ever listened to any of their Cd's. but one day i decided to steal this Cd From my dad and listen to it. and ive liked it ever since! i listen to it everyday at home. i even took pictures with them so when everybody has their cd's i can be like "hey i knew them first" and then all my friends would be jelous but then i can introduce them and be nice about it.

5 out of 5 stars Retro-flavoured Gold Mine.......2005-02-14

Wow! I'm a 80's music fanatic... so, boy was I thrilled to stumble upon Justus Boyz. If an act that sounds like a cross between Erasure and The Cars is your thing, then you will no doubt fall in love this album. My two favourite key tracks are Uh Oh and Forever Man....but there is so much more here to enjoy as well. Great great hooks (and beats) laced throughout the enire disc. I'm always bopping my head everytime I play it. If you like retro flavoured 80s music, Justus Boyz will definitely leave you smiling ear to ear.
Lots of ear candy. My friends love it too. Retro, yet fresh.
Radio should be this exciting. Thank god for internet radio. That's where I discovered them.
Judging by the pics on their album, they're not too hard to look at either.
Can't wait to hear more!!!!

Justus for All

FOT (that's Friends of Towleroad) Justus Boyz, have their song "Uh Oh" posted on one of my favorite mp3 blogs, Fluxblog. Matthew Perpetua writes "This may end up being your guilty pleasure, but I am unashamed, and neither are the Justus Boyz. It takes some real courage and conviction to make music like this, and your target demo doesn't even know who you are because you don't have Girls Aloud or Justin Timberlake's promotional budget. 4 out of 5 stars Clever Lyrics and and Jangly Guitars.......2002-10-17

What I think of when I hear this album is a hot summer day in north Jersey. The best songs on this album are "Good Luck Line" and "Stumble Up the Stairs," but the rest of the album has a great, well-produced quality to it. The lyrics are also clever without being pedantic, and the songs are full of pop-hooks which stick in your mind like any good pop song.

Spent are in some ways similar to label-mates Magnetic Fields, without the dark melancholy and unusal synth arrangements. They are more like your traditional guitar-based rock band, playing to a college audience at the local pub, than the eccentric Stephin Merritt.

I'm sad to hear that Spent aren't continuing this project, as this collection of songs shows they have a knack for songwriting and can pull off great pop songs.

There are a few songs which drone on without seeming to go anywhere, such as "Until We Have Enough," and for this reason, the album only gets 4 stars.

5 out of 5 stars What is indie rock? I don't know, but this is IT........2001-05-20

Being on the Merge record label and sounding at times a lot like Superchunk, this album at first attracted me but seemed pretty disposable. Owning it for several years, now, I find that in fact it is a great record and one of my favorite indie rock albums of all time. Spent may not be Built to Spill, Stereolab, or the Flaming Lips, but the variety of singers (2 boys, 1 girl) and quality of song writing (consistently great) make for an endlessly pleasing stream of sounds. From the relentless opener "Good Luck Line" to the gentle "Quarter Conspiracy" what you'll find is something which may not be wholly original, but is distinctive nonetheless. "Umbrella Wars" is a great chunk-rawk kind of song with ridiculously commonplace lyrics ("I will not fight in your umbrella wars/I won't complain about dry skin") that just endear me to this band even more. I think in an era when college radio is turning increasingly ironic (Magnetic Fields, Belle und Sebastian) Spent's general tone of earnestness comes off appealing but in no way didactic (a la At The Drive-In). I like those other bands a lot but I'm growing to appreciate plain, honest sentiments more... if you're down with the 'chunk (especially latter-day Jim O'Rourke-produced Superchunk), check out Spent. They seem to have split up but this is a record you should not miss.

      Product Description

Los Angeles based jazz trumpeter Jeff Kaye, who spent the last 19 years playing with Ray Charles, is joined by a group of renowned LA jazz musicians including Paul Kreibich on drums. Jeff’s debut CD provides a variety of flavors that will please all straight ahead jazz fans.

"Jeff Kaye’s “Just Like Me” is a CD that very much reflects his life. His sidemen are some of his best friends, the music is the type of jazz and blues that he loves, and his trumpet playing throughout is enthusiastic, creative and swinging. In 1984 Jeff joined the Ray Charles Orchestra, taking Johnny Coles’ spot. He played regularly with Charles through 1992, gigged occasionally with the Genius of Soul during the next nine years, and was back with the band from 2001 until Charles became ill in 2003. Jeff Kaye, who in the past has also worked with Lionel Hampton, The Clifford Jordon Big Band, Junior Cook, Diane Schuur, Bill Perkins and Pete Christlieb, in more recent times played on the soundtrack of the movie “Ray”, and has performed with the Buddy Childers Big Band, Anthony Wilson, the orchestras of Bill Holman and Steve Huffsteter and the Jazz Coop."

Scott Yanow, author of 9 books on jazz including “Jazz On Film”, “Trumpet Kings”, and “Bebop”.
