About the Artist
Sheila Fox has been singing almost since birth. Her musically gifted mother, enrolled her in musical kindergarten at age three, piano lessons at 6,and she began performing on the stage soon after, where her audience found this young girl to be a natural.

Over the years she studied several instruments including the drums, violin and flute, but found her true passion to be singing and songwriting. She studied voice in all genres and styles from rock to classical to pop for over sixteen years. She began recording her original works in 1994 and traveled throughout southeastern PA and NJ, performing as a contemporary Christian singer/songwriter, working with various local and regional artists and musicians. Her resume also includes leading a church Praise and Worship Team and years of directing children’s musicals.

She meet Paul Boylson, after moving to Florida in 1999, through her new church’s Praise Team in Boca Raton, FL. Paul had begun playing bass guitar several years prior, after many unsatisfying stints with garage bands. He felt as if he had more to offer and was always seeking to meet his creative counterpart.

The search for him has ended with Sheila, and the two now tour South Florida, playing coffeehouses and other venues , and they bring in other musicians as needed.

Album Description
Singer /Songwriter Sheila Fox teams up with 12 string accoustic guitarist/bass player Paul Boylson to form the duo Left over Lucy. Sheila writes from the heart of her life experiences, and finds every and any conversation or situation can turn into a song. Her cerebral, lyrical expertise intrigues listeners, who find they keep coming back for more. On the stage, she holds the audience captive, as her sense of being real, heartfelt and passionate provides a connection to her audience that is genuine and unique. Her breathy sultry lyrics often get compared to Sixpence None The Richer or The Sundays. Her fans call her voice ethereal and her delivery surreal.

The arrangements to her melodies and lyrics done by Paul are in tune and in sync to just what the song needs, often teasing the listener with unexpected changes, making it refreshing and timeless.

They are often lauded for their tight vocal harmonies, and find making music together a great joy in life
