Editorial Reviews One of Tom's goals is to improve standards & criteria for evaluation of indigenous curriculum through assessment and development. He hopes to expand the scope of ethnic diversity ∓ equity. He feels a that key factor to successful teaching and learning is accessing the "will-to-learn" in students, and assessing that aspect. His workshops for teachers - Storytelling through the Natural World integrate Native American cosmological knowledge and principles into the classroom by utilizing dreams for teaching and learning.
