            When I first got this disc, I thought I was ripped off. The cover art on front only shows Cruisin' for a Bruisin' and only lists the ten tracks from that album on the disc. Make sure you open this disc once you get it. The inside cover has the album cover from Fate's debut CD, and lists the tracks from it. Oddly enough, the CD itself only lists the ten tracks from Cruisin'. However, there are 20 tracks on here, and tracks 11-20 are from Fate's first album, which is light years better than Cruisin'. Consider this disc as having 10 bonus hidden tracks. I gave this 5 stars mainly because of Love on the Rox. The original version (track 11) is one of the greatest melodic metal songs ever. The rerecord (track 2) is actually really good too, although it pales in comparison to the original. The original version sounds like a long lost Dokken track, whereas the rerecord sounds like Europe, with more synth and a bit more slick. I loved this song the second I heard it on Finger's Metalshop on Long Island rock station WBAB nearly 20 years ago and it was near impossible for the longest time to find it. Someone had downloaded this song for me about 5 years ago, but it was the rerecord. I thought perhaps my ears played a trick on me, as it sounded different from what I had remembered. A buddy of mine insisted there was no way such an unknown band would have two different versions of this song and assured me that song that was downloaded had to have been the song I remembered. Looks like he was wrong!!

            To start if you heard Fate's Matter of Attitude from 1986,you can expect more here because this one is a better album. Matter of Attitude was very good.Any 80's metal fan should buy that one as well, but this was so much better.
            The best part though here is that you get 2 Fate(1985), albums on one cd. Here's my breakdown of the songs.
            1.Beneath Da'Coconuts(9/10)Very fun and energetic song.The guitar hooks are great.This one has summer fun wriiten all over it!
            2.Love on the Rox(8/10)More solid guitar work. A very good song!
            3.Knock on Wood(6/10)This one is good,but not as good as the others.
            4.Lovers(10/10)Excellent song! The guitars and keyboard sounds great.Very memorable 80's rocker!
            5.Dead Boy,Cold Meat(5/10)This one's kinda weak.
            6.Babe,You Got a Friend(9/10)Another great track full of more great guitars and keyboard use!
            7.Lock You Up(9/10)Cool song.Keeps the pace of the album moving swiftly.
            8.Cupid Shot Me(7/10)Not the best on here,but far from bad!
            9.Diamond in the Rough(10/10)I really like this one.Love the guitar work.Great song by these guys.
            10.Send a Little Money(7/10)Another decent song.
            Overall the Cruisin album is a must hear as is this second half!

            15.Danger Zone(7/10)Good song,but not the best.The guitar riffs are grea though.
            16.(She's Got)The Devil Inside(10/10)Sizzling song!I love it.Vocals and guitars sound great.
            17.Downtown Toy(9/10)Totally fun song!
            18.Do You want it(8/10)Another solid track.
            19.Backdoor Man(7/10)Nt bad!
            20.We're Hot(8/10)Good album closer.
            This is truely one of those lost metal treasures of the 80's.If you enjoy the 80's, and groups like Mad Max,Dokken,Q5,Treat,and Icon you should enjoy this album.
            Buy it soon because it's hard as hell to find and most places like ebay overprice this excessivly high at like $40 and up!
            So get it here while you can! Long Live the 80's!
