And yet another excellent Microsoft product. One would think that any of their many competitors (which generally also count amongst their fiercest critics) would be able to make the connection between the unsurpassed quality of the products and the ongoing success of the company.

Probably time to catch a Wake-up or get a refund on those Business School fees.

Nice Headset.......2007-06-08

This wireless headset was easy to setup. It works well and is VERY comfortable to wear. But, like all earpices, it will begin to become uncomfortable after a couple hours of uninterrupted use. There are two downsides: 1) I find that a full charge gives you only about 3-4 hours of gameplay, and 2) it takes way too long to fully recharge -- keep your wired headset nearby because you can't charge and use it at the same time. Another tip is to hook it up to the recharger when you're not using it. This way you won't be caught with a low charge.

Otherwise, sound is good and clear. The mic is not very sensitive and I find I have to speak up sometimes.

Good idea, but still buggy.......2007-05-23

If you can get one that works, the headset is great, but I've had my share of problems with it. First, the battery seems to only last about an hour or two, far less than advertised, and just the other day it kept connecting to the wrong quadrant in the Xbox 360 sphere, and wouldn't acknowledge the 1st player one. And obviously, it's pretty expensive for a headset.

I have had it for a while. The battery life on this is a lot longer than I suspected. I have yet to run it out of juice. Works great with the pc wireless receiver too.

This product helps improve game experience by eliminating wires from the players field of view. Great product for the price and with a bit of patience for charging you can enjoy hours of game play on one battery charge.
