I personally found this book to be, in many places, way over my head and in fact preferred the camera raw material in Scott Kelby's book - The Photoshop CS2 Book for Digital photographers.

Excellent text on the use of photoshop CS2 - the tips really work

I am not new to Photoshop but I am new to Camera Raw. The level of this book was perfect for me. More importantly, the book had lots of screen photographs to help you along which I often find more useful than CDs that are included with books.

One negative is I didn't understand colorbrator do-it-yourself explaination in Chapt 4, and I had trouble getting the script to work.

I would recommend it for any level and to anyone with hopes to make his/her photos look better.

Think Bruce Fraser made good job with writing this book. I decided to read it only because my dad bought good photo camera and makes RAW-images.

Very interesting and good book, but sometimes too much explanation some of them repeated too often. Would very much recommend to people who are new to Camera Raw, Raw pictures and DNG format. If you're photographer - it's book for you.
