I've been working in IT for over 15 years and I've never purchased a more poorly designed product than the HP Photosmart D7360. It's huge. It's clunky. I think I could draw a picture faster than it can print one. It's advertised speeds are just a joke compared to what it actually prints at. You have to buy only HP paper to print and that's expensive and the photos stick together. You can't print more than 5 or 10 pictures in one print job or the printer for some bizarre reason gets confused and restarts the job from the beginning every time you have to change paper.

I still can't figure out how to make the stated dimensions of the printed picture conform to what's actually printed meaning many cutoff heads.

This is trash.

Go with a less expensive photo printer. You couldn't possibly do worse.

Review of HP Photosmart D7360 Printer.......2007-05-20

The D7360 is an amazing printer. I purchased my previous HP Photosmart printer 3-4 years ago (it still works fine and is hooked-up to another PC)but the D7360 is light-years ahead of it in terms of speed and overall performance. I do lots of draft-quality printing and the speed of this printer in draft mode is simply incredible. The quality in draft mode is good. I have printed about 20 photographs(of different sizes)and I am quite pleased with the printing speed and photo image quality. My previous Photosmart didn't print 5X7 photographic prints but this one does. I love the increased size of the small, lift-up touch screen on top of the printer. It's easy to work with.
Two final comments: First, the printer makes some interesting wrrrring and buzzing sounds as it prepares itself for printing but my sense is everything is ok. Second, and the only "negative" comment is that the "black" printing of narratives done in the "General Everyday Printing" mode isn't really black. It's a "lighter" black...with not much contrast. That's also the case, but to a lesser degree, in the "presentation" printing mode. Hope this helps in your decision.

The H-P 7360 printer produces great color photos as well as meet your day to day P C printing needs. It is easy to install, and use. The color pics have vivid color as good or better than any OL service or corner drug store chain. The delivery was fast (5 days) and free. Lastly, the price was very good. If you buy one you will enjoy it.
