I'm very satisfied with the OfficeJet 4315. I bought it solely for the fax and copier features (and don't even have it connected to my computer). I liked the price and I'm happy with the fax and copier functions and quality. I found the menus easy to navigate and the features are exactly what I was looking for in this type of device. Consider me a satisfied owner!

I've had this product for about a month now, and it out performs my old Lexmark printer by far! Right now I only copy and print, but the pages come out beautifully, and it's such a money saver you can use the cartridges for all four functions. Not to mention the cartridges are the most reasonably priced on the market. If you're thinking of buying this item, you will not go wrong!

I think this is a great little printer. It scans well and has good print quality. I have recommended it to several people who are equally pleased. In fact, my parents replaced a very expensive [and complicated] Dell printer with this model and have been completely happy.
