My assistant tried to order this from local stores but, alas, no one carried it; or, if they did, the item was far pricier than Amazon had it for. So we ordered the drum unit from Amazon and, as usual, the service was impeccable, we received it in a very timely manner, even though this is a rather unusual, hard-to-find item, and it works perfectly. We also saved quite a few dollars. Thanks, Amazon!

Don't make the mistake I did. While the Amazon description is fairly accurate, the description of this drum unit on other sites led me to believe it was a high capacity toner replacement. It is NOT. It is simply the unit in which your toner cartridge sits. It is not a toner cartridge.

The drum unit was as described and works perfectly.
The only complaint I have is that it took forever to get here (snail mail).
