Fine eplacement product for my 1022 printer. Works like new again. Most pleasing was the better price vs. local office supply stores.

I have never used any other cartridge in my printer so I cannot make a pcomparison what I can do, however, is let you know that this product is reliable and can give you close to three thousand copies. I have a son who is in Grade 4 and I have been doing a lot of printing to help him with extra work. I also used it to print work for my Grade 4 class. This is a really good product to own.

Reliable cartridge.......2007-04-11

I have this in an HP1012 printer. Print quality is very good and I can usually eek out around 2000-2100 pages out of the cartridge. I'm not a heavy duty printer, so I usually end up going through about 1 cartridge/year. Never had any problems with streakiness or fading until the end, which can usually be temporarily resolved with a little shaking for a few more pages. HP also includes a free shipping label so you can send back the old cartridge for recycling. Just wish it wasn't quite so expensive.

I've been using an HP 1012 laser printer with WinXP Pro for over 2 years. I'm getting 2,100 to 2,300 sheets per HP Q2612A (12A) cartridge and have been very pleased with the quality, toner, print, and the fact I've had NO issues with the toner, or the printer (other than one little issue that was my fault - read on for more). I've used about 5 cartridge's or so over this 2 year period. I only use OEM 12A's, as I don't want to mess with a good thing. The fusser (sp?) is built into the cartridge - so if you did get a little spec of something on the fusser, the next time you put a new cartridge in, you are back to clean again -- I know because I made a mistake once and fed a sheet with some wet white-out through the printer, and got a spec on the fusser that showed up on all pages. My error. Fortunately, the cartridge was just about empty, and when I put the next one in, it was clean again.
