I bought an Elite screen a couple years ago. I had first bought a 108", worked good, but retracting was difficult. I decided a year later I wanted a bigger one. I gave the first one to a friend. The screen itself is great. However, the mechanism to retract the screen was broken on arrival. It was not broken in transit. It left the manufacturer in this condition. In order to ship a new one, they needed the end caps returned. This is where I found out that the end caps were broken on the inside. They sent a new one and it works great. Extremely easy to retract. My friend stated a few nights ago that she found her screen all the way to the floor. Apparently, the mechanism to retract the screen decided to give. We've tried ordering replacements parts, but the company refused to send any stating that they couldn't prove it was their screen even though we gave them the model no, order no., date it was ordered and had copy of a packing slip/invoice. Their website showed this exact model, but they stated that this is not one of their screens. Don't deal with this company. As someone said, they are cheap and in more than one way.

What better than a pull down screen that is of high quality and low price!
Delivery was timely and the screen is better for my use than I ever could have anticipated. What a great bargain!!

I bought this screen to go with my Optoma H31 projector. I chose this screen because of the price and the fact that it is white. I really like having a white casing on the screen. I have it hanging from the ceiling over some windows and it blends into the room perfectly.

As another reviewer said, it is a little difficult to retract the screen at first. You have to sort of guide it all the way up. Apply a little bit of upward pressure and it will work fine. My girlfriend has trouble retracting it the last few inches because she cannot reach high enough to push it up.

Anyway, I mounted it fairly quickly (have to buy bolts and chains at hardware store) and the picture looks great. Sometimes I can see the texture of the screen a little bit, but I think I may have my couch too close to the screen. All in all the picture looks great, the screen looks great, and I like the fact that it blends into the white walls when it's retracted.

Easy, reliable use, super-bright picture (with the BenQ MP610 DLP projector). Built tough; survived a nasty drop to the floor (one end, then the other -- long story), without any noticeable damage whatsoever. Xlnt deal.

The screen is of good quality. It is a little fussy about going back up most times (operator error?). For wide screen (16.9) projection, it is only 70" wide and gives a 77" maximum diagonal picture.
