Excellent Mousepad.......2007-06-11

I had been using a standard mousepad with a gel pad. When I switched to this, there was a Considerable difference in the feel, speed, and perhaps most importantly to me - control (When I'm using the control side of the mousepad, atleast.) I am now much better able to eliminate small targets in GR:AW. And, it is simply more pleasant to use.

I bought a Razer DeathAdder around the same time. While the razer mice are nice, if you're going to choose between the two - get the mousepad. It makes the larger difference, and it's cheaper.

As for the gel pad, it's mediocre. It's better than not having one, that's for sure. However, I do not find it as comfortable as my old on. I simply took the gel pad from my old mousepad and put it on the Razer mousepad.

It can be a little loud if you are using a standard mouse & mouse skates. It's not too bad, however. I would suggest getting a new Razer mouse, or atleast replacing the skates on your old mouse. The razer mouse is alot quieter moving along this, than my old mouse is.

I have the logitech G5 gaming mouse and had problems with my old cheap mouse pad. After I started using the razer I have had no problems with my mouse.

This is a really great mouse pad. The speed side is super slick and the control side gives you that extra friction for precision work. The wrist pad is extremely comfortable. This thing is a great value for what you get, compared to similar priced products. One warning, make sure you have space for it. This thing is huge, which is a large plus for me. I highly recommend this mouse pad.

Here's what I think about the eXactMat:
1.It's very durable and looks long-lasting
2.Speed side is smooth and yet accurate, so I like it better than the Control
3.Looks really sweet
4.Works well with Copperhead, but also works well with other mice
5.eXactRest is very very comfortable
6.Perfect size; definitely big enough, and definitely not huge
Summary: It's a little overpriced, but very nice, and in my opinion, worth it because it is very durable. Smaller than the Razer Mantis (IMO too big), but definitely big enough. Get it and I promise you won't be disappointed.

First thing is that you have to have the space for it. Its aluminum so it is rigid. The double sided feature is awesome and the memory foam wrist rest helps a ton. If you are a gamer you will love this mouse pad
