Great for the price.......2007-06-13

These speakers work very well. I use them for my i-pod, laptop, and TV and the sound is perfectly acceptable. I'm not exactly a connosieur of speaker systems or home theatre systems, so these speakers are good enough for me. I would recommend them to anyone who wants a decent set of speakers but doesn't want to break the bank.

Outstanding Speakers.......2007-06-03

These speakers are GREAT!. Thier sound (to my ears, despite some of the other comments) are much better that what I expected, and certianly as good or better that my Polk bookshelf speakers that is attached to my regular sterio system. This includes the base, mid and high ranges.

Im using them with the Soundblaster Live external card, which im sure is a significant factor in thier sound, as well as it provides the flexibility in shaping the sound the way I like it. I've also hooked them directly to my MP3 player, and they sound great (in sterio only though).

The only small drawback I found was the heith of the speaker case is too big for any of the shelves I've got (its too tall). This required me to be creative in placing them. But on the other hand, maybe its that extra room that contributres to the great sound.
You cannot go worng with these speakers. I only wish I had ordered them a long time ago.

The product is working as good as advertised, but I just wished I knew I needed a higher channel sound card so i can play all five speakers. I can only pay 2 speakers on my integrated sound card.

Put simply, this is the best sound-system value in existence. Keep in mind, these are not incredible high fidelity speakers, and will not satisfy the most demanding audiophiles, but for well under $100, these speakers sound like pure gold to my ears.

These speakers sound great, and they look great. There's plenty of base from the large sub-woofer, and the 5 satalite speakers sound great too.

There's also a headphone jack on one of the satalite speakers, so you can listen without bugging anyone else when you want to.
