This one does the basics, that is, switches between one Desktop and another. This is the second one after I had to have the first one they sent me replaced because of a bad video signal on one channel. This one does has audio problems but I got tired of sending them back and forth to get exchanged.

Useful tool.......2007-05-25

So easy to use. Plug in, and you're good to go. The only drawback is that it's a little bulky, so it's not easy to find a hiding place for it. Now that I have my LCD monitor, though, I stick it right behind there, use the keys to switch between CPUs and I'm good to go. I love it! I wish I had gotten one sooner!

Simple, works great, exactly what I was looking for.
No problems at all with booting either computer if not switched to it.
Has keyboard switch sequence, so the unit can be placed out of the way.

Works the way it says on the description. The only con I found is that the switch button its little and its next to the cables, so its a little uncomfortable to press it.

A little tip: when starting the second computer switch to it, so the computer can detect the mouse, kbd and monitor correctly.
