3 out of 5 stars PCI compatible?.......2007-05-13

OK, I have a Texas Instruments PCMCIA (PCI) port that is supposed to be compatible with Type I, II, and III PCI cards. This card fit OK in my laptop's PCI slot, but not the TI, and it's because of the row of raised dots on the card. I have a PCI disk drive that fits into both slots, and the only difference between the two cards is that row of dots. Otherwise, I suppose this is a fine product, but I don't get the compatilbilty issue.
