The sound of this headset is very clear on both ends, incoming and outgoing. The headset is a nice small size however I did purchase an ear hook because the earpiece did not sit comfortably in my ear.

Bottom line, I would not hesitate to buy this again!

I have been using hands free accessories for years. This is my first wireless and just love it. If you do not like earbuds then this is not for you. I personally find the wrap around the ear style annoying but this is a personal choice. Sound was very good and others could hear me very well.

Little low on the volume........2007-06-07

I am somewhat ok with this product, here are my complains: can't seem to get it to stick to my ear, volume is fairly low on the highest level, just recently I had to re-connect the device to my Samsung A900 for no apparent reason that I could see. The good side is that it's pretty small and light weight, people on the other end say they can hear me fine, I can easily walk around a distance of 15-20feet from the phone with no breakage. I would give 4 stars if the volume was better and I would give 5 stars if the unit stayed in my ear properly.

Did not stay in my ear. as much as i didn't want to, I bought a LG with an ear loop. Just as small as the WE200, but I would like to do without the ear loop. Hey! maybe a new set of ears will work! I'll look into it.

What good is a good clear sound when the headset won't stay in your ear? I have tried all the ear pieces it came with and I cannot get this thing to stay in my ear for more than 30 seconds. As a matter of fact it has already fallen out twice. If Samsung could figure out a better way for this to stay in your ear, I would be all over it. I'm just glad I didn't spend more than I did on it.
