I purchased my Apple bluetoothed keyboard in the summer of 2006 and have loved it ever since. I don't seem to use the keyboard as much as my mighty mouse so I haven't really had to change the battery all that much. A low battery indicator pops up momentarily with a profile picture of the keyboard well in advance. You can also check on the battery level through through the drop menu. I never turn it off! I like the white looks of the keyboard and I really like the touch and feel. It helps me to type quicker but its really comfortable has the right touch personally. Actually I've always liked Apple keyboards dating back to the original 128K Mac. That's when I found out that I could fly. (talking about keyboards here) I purchased this keyboard because I wanted to be able to eject my disks from my mac-mini by touching the eject button on the keyboard. But I also like the navigate buttons and the speaker on/off up and down volume levels. This keyboard has everything I need. I highly recommend this keyboard!

High Quality Typical of Apple.......2007-04-23

With few exceptions, Apple is noted for attention to detail and high-performing design. The Apple Pro Wireless Keyboard is no different. The keyboard is far easier to use than any any other notebook or desktop keyboard I've used. The keys press softly without sticking or causing unintended repeats.

The wireless function is stellar. The setup for the keyboard is built right into OS X, including using a Bluetooth PIN to secure your key presses. That's a nice touch for me, as I work in security. The signal quality is impeccable (I've never had a dropout), and lag is not a problem in normal use. Apple also allows the keyboard's firmware to be updated wirelessly via the built-in keyboard updater on the included CD.

The Energizer Titanium batteries that come with the keyboard are full of punch. I've had mine for two months and used it everyday; the battery meter still reads 4/5 full.

I tried to buy this product from Amazon. Just to find out that Amazon provided a link to say that their price is so low that they can't reveal the price. I click on the link to find out that the price is $62.99, higher than the typical $59.99. I emailed Amazon just to find a meaningless response about how they often have better prices and they can't possibly offer a good price. Its ironic because they went out of their way to advertise about an agreesive pricing discount when in fact, they marked the price up higher than the MSRP street price. Good one Amazon!

Good Style, Narrow Footprint, Excellent Battery Life, Easy Install.......2007-04-14

Using it on my early G4 IMac w/ the Bluetooth USB adapter.

Had to buy a new one only because I soaked my previous one in Chardonnay.

My usual battery life for this is months - left on all the time.

Pair it with the wireless bluetooth wireless mouse and you've added a new level of slickness and simplicity to your set up.

I really like it.
