I looked hard for a PCMCIA card that supports Win98. I installed it on an old Toshiba CDS25. I worked right out of the box (after installing a driver). Now I have an adequate wireless internet terminal.

Rare solution for older laptops.......2006-10-31

It's almost impossible to find a 16bit PCMCIA 802.11x card with modest system requirements- this one runs beautifully on my disposable 150mhz laptop. I'd tried unsuccessfully to use similar products from D-Link, etc. (which are difficult to find in any case), but the 300mhz system requirement for those cards left them inoperative on my fine vintage laptop. This one does the job.
