Crystal clear durability.......2007-06-08

I've used this headset constantly for over a month now. I absolutely love it. It is crystal clear and have had no complaints from people hearing me. I like the headset because it has a thicker cord to it than most headsets. The others I have found are flimsy and usually the cord gets twisted which causes a short to occur in the set. I've used a previous Plantronics set but prefer the Pansaonic headset along with the telephone that goes along with the headset - makes a perfect work at home situation. I am very pleased - it is cost friendly too!

Gotta have it - very comfortable. Allows you to stay on the phone for longer stretches, (like when you're talking to your Mom or Girlfriend) keeping your hands free. Plugs right into my cordless. A pleasure while doing dishes or pacing the front yard as you talk. Works with my Cell phone too.

no complaints, simple headset works like its supposed to. have to agree with the other positive reviews having used it for a few months. just make sure it is plugged in snug and adjust so the microphone foam cover stays close to your mouth. So cheap I bought 2 just in case one dies, so I'll have a spare.

Sound is fine on my end and people on the other end hear me fine. I even had to lower the volume because it was TOO loud on my end. I'm using it on a Plantronics CT12 and, interestingly, I can now hear myself talk in the earpiece but couldn't with the original headset (the cord of which I mistakenly cut with a pair of scissors while trimming plants!). To replace the original, it would have been 66 bucks, so I'm happy. I am also happy I no longer have that irritating flashing red light in the mouthpiece that came with the original Plantronics headset. My only complaint is that it's rather bulky.

I bought this partly based on the customer review below, and I agree with it. Excellent product at a great price. I'd bought an AT&T headset that was more expensive and took it back because I could hardly hear it. The volume and clarity on this Panasonic, on the other hand, are excellent...both the microphone and the earphone. I'm using it with my Panasonic cordless phones.
