All the functions you use most often on your phone are conveniently available on the BT500. A single button controls answer/end functions, as well as call hold/wait, call reject, and mute. You can also voice dial from your BT500, as well as re-dial the last number. Note that some of these features require that you have a Bluetooth compatible phone that supports them. Terrible sound quality.......2007-06-13

I loved the Jabra 250, so when the battery gave out I purchased the BT500. My family flatly refused to speak with me when I was using it because the sound quality was so terrible for those listening to me speak on it. I would return it if I could. I replaced it with the Jabra PLT 510, which my family has all approved as night and day better that the BT 500 for listening to.

Easy to use, but..........2007-06-12

This headset is really easy to use. Setup was quick and operation is never a problem. I've had some people say that it's hard to hear me though, but from my end it's always been great.

Wonderful little head-set.......2007-05-26

Jabra got just about everything right with this headset. The fit is excellent in that the electronics sit behind your ear and not over the ear. It is almost invisible when you are wearing one, save for the small chrome microphone in front of your ear. Battery life is adequate. Range is good. I wear one four or more hours a day, and typically I forget that it is on my head. Better headsets will come along, but for the present market this is about as good as it gets irrespective of price.

The Jabra BT500 works like a charm. You only need to have the volume about halfway up and you hear the person on the other phone clearly. This is a definite buy.

i bought this as a bday present for my bf and i think this headset just works ok! I found it a bit hard to listen to him when it gets kinda windy in the outdoor. Try not to get away from ur cell mobile too far, the noise will go up when the reception of the blue tooth device goes bad! But so far, he likes it :> I think the plantronics ones are cool too..but this one was on sale by the time i got it...hahaha
